This company is full of scum who manipulate and pressurize people in difficult positions to ensure they maximise profit. I had the unfortunate experience of one of their toe rags pressurising my girlfriend to try and replace a 25 pound Yale barrel for a 300 quid alternative because it was "the only option" or "our home insurance would be void.

Do not use this company under any circumstances

Had a quote to get into a lock. After two promises to turn up and garbled phone calls and emails we told them not to bother. Thank goodness ... looks like we have had a lucky escape after I have just read the reviews. Won't be rebooking

Do not use this company. I wanted two windows hinges replaced and I was quoted that there is no call-out fee. He then advised when he arrived it would cost me £1,100 to fix. He then advised I had to pay £100 callout charge. I asked for his help to secure the windows. He said he would do that once I paid the fee. Once I paid the £100 fee he had a 'smirk' on his face and said that the window will be fine, and he then left. Waste of time and money!

They quoted me £169 then when they turned up they told me the quote was wrong (before seeing the door) and the cost was £466
When I told them I couldn't pay they pressured me into paying a cancellation fee
They knew their quote was wrong before they turned up at my house
Do not use - they will pressure you into paying them for a mistake they were well aware THEY caused

Do not recommend. Do not use. Rude and aggressive. Kept changing the price to fix the lock. The price started at £550 and then went down to £350 - no explanation as to what the problem was. Absolutely awful experience.

I phoned these guys after finding them first on Google stating No Call Out Fee and gets to you within 30 mins!!
I was told 30 mins and was still waiting 3 hours later and still no sign of a locksmith!!!
I phoned them about 4 times within the 3 hours and they kept fobbing me off and saying they would be there. Even the locksmith himself phoned me and said he was just finishing a job not far from me and would be with me straight after!!! That didn't happen.
I ended up phoning them to cancel and they wanted to know why!!!!!!
Good job I had a fantastic neighborhood whoose house I could sit in for all this time!!
I ended up calling another company who were with me in 30 minutes and took seconds to get me in my house!!
It's reminded me not to go to first on Google plus read the reviews!!!

Actually one of the rudest nastiest people I have ever dealt with. These guys were hired by a contractor to come and replace a lock that couldn’t be locked from the outside. When I had heard nothing I then called the office and the person who spoke to me on the phone was so unbelievably rude and aggressive towards me I then had to call the letting agents extremely upset to get this resolved and a different company hired.

Needed a emergency front door lock. He said he will be out first thing. This got cancelled with no explanation. Do not use

Bunch of jokers. No call out fee, £55 for unlocking. Turned up £49 call out plus the £55. Told him to jog on, then said he’d do it for free. Spent 10min trying what I, as an amateur had tried, then said cannot do it and left. DO NOT CALL this shower.

Quoted £508 to change one lock. After declining, charged £70.80 to cut the lock. Felt the initial quote was excessive compared to market rates. Was also told there were no call out charges. The excessive price was quoted after cutting the existing lock in half.

Do not use this company they are awful don’t do the work damage areas or alter areas that don’t need to be done be warned there con people. Have a friend in the police force who I told and he has expedited this to trading standards and have been told they will be now contacting and keeping an eye on this company. About time the women was to rude also but it’s that saying what comes around goes around and now it’s been seen high up there in for a rude awakening.

Avoid at all costs and I mean at all costs.

Call out to effect entry was quoted £59 waited an hour for engineer to arrive for him to get out of his car take deep breath and say oh this door is different. Basically preparing for price hike he then started with might have to drill and damage door to which I responded don’t bother I will get someone who knows what they are doing. He then slipped plastic in the frame opened in a few seconds and said that will be £125 plus VAT. When I asked what is different about the door as to any other 5 point lock door he said it’s all about the skill needed. Now am a believer of paying for a good service as have been the trade myself but the effect entry method was the same as a wooden or a upvc door as it was not locked just pulled shut. An absolute rip off I would not recommend this company as seems they have a habit of ripping people off.

Used Sam’s lock smith Leicester absolutely horrendous only wish I had read reviews before hand! Quoted over the phone for a new lock and Labour only to be charged double that and I didn’t even need a new lock! Called them back only to be called a liar and that I needed to pay what the engineer was telling me she was so rude! Absolute criminal of a company! Did expect a lot to go wrong with a lock smith but lesson learnt, always check reviews.

The so called engineer/locksmith did not identify that it’s not the cylinder lock what is causing door not to lock but the lock mechanism is what’s causing the issue

Very disappointing service.
Charged £308 to change my lock in March, then in November my door was blocked. The engineer broke my door and added £106. I had to fix it myself. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. Totally unprofessional — not recommended.

scammed my nan, added a extra £0 onto her payment and won’t refund

Absolutely disgraceful company! They have just scammed an old lady out of £890 instead of £89 by distracting her when she used the card payment machine!

If I could give a 0 I would do, the fat greasy man turned up after booking them yesterday as wasn’t an emergency but needed to get in to get my keys. I was quoted £59.
He tried to tell me it’s a high security lock which I laughed at and said no its not, then tried to tell me it’s an emergency I said no we booked you in with some expletives as he was telling me it’s £189. I told him to go away he’s a rip off merchant and he proceeded to open the door and demand money.
I confronted him more as I was absolutely fuming at this unfortunately had to pay £89 just to get his greasy smell away from the flat. Please avoid at all cost will be reporting to the police and trading standards

Extremely dissatisfied. The contractor sent was unprofessional, unqualified, and shouted at me in my home. He caused damage, left another door dismantled with rubbish everywhere, and made me feel unsafe. On top of that, he charged £150 instead of the quoted £84. I would not recommend this service.
