Worst apparels brand ever
Worst apparels brand ever. They are not serious about the orders they receive. Its been 22 days since I placed the order. Zero communication. After persistent calls they finally informed 10 days ago the order is dispatched. I don't what planet they have sent my order to. I have paid a huge amount to get this level of service. Now when I am asking to cancel and refund they have turned deaf. DO NOT ORDER. trust me if you have a function or an event do not trust this brand. Very poor customer service and experience.

We truly regret that your experience with us has been disappointing. 🙏
We fully acknowledge that your order was delayed, and we understand the frustration this caused.
However, we’d like to clarify that at no point did we ignore your messages or calls. Our team stayed in touch and kept you updated about your order status. Even after your order had already been dispatched, you requested a cancellation — and as a gesture of goodwill, we processed the cancellation and full refund on the same day.
We respect every customer’s feedback, but we kindly request that reviews reflect the actual sequence of events. Without proper communication between us, neither the order cancellation nor the refund would have been possible.
We strive to improve and ensure such delays don’t occur again. We hope you’ll consider updating your review to reflect the complete and honest experience.
Thank you for your understanding. 💛

We would never intend to mislead or provide anything less than the expected standard. We’d really like to look into your order in detail — it’s possible there was a mix-up during packing or a production error.
Please share your order number with us at info@samaayajaipur.com

Poor customer service, good product quality
I ordered two outfits with a request for custom sitching but just received the standard sizing. This was very disappointing as the response was just an apology for inconvenience with no offer of replacement. The quality of product is good and items were received within 4 weeks of order.

Horrible customer service
This website seems like a scam. I placed an order recently and it's almost impossible to get any sort of response from their customer service for something as simple as a status update on my order. Extremely unprofessional for how much money they charge for their outfits.
Update 13-sep-2025: After mentioning I want to cancel my order and filing a dispute through paypal, they finally responded and shipped out my order. It took 4 weeks from ordering to receive my item, so the timelines mentioned on their website are unrealistic. The outfit is nicely made and the material is good. However, I don't think I would order again from them in the future if they don't fix their communication and customer service. Not worth the hassle of wondering if/when your order will ever show up.

The items are beautifully made
The items are beautifully made, even prettier than on screen and arrived well packaged. The fit is true to size. We needed express shipping, but could not choose it upon checkout so put in a note. Samaaya arranged express shipping : no questions asked and at no extra costs. (There were multiple items in the order.) The items arrived in really good time. We have already ordered again. Thank you!

Totally Fake and 100% Scam
I had a terrible experience with Samaaya Jaipur. They took ₹50000 from me and never delivered the product. After receiving the payment, they completely stopped responding, blocked me on email and WhatsApp, and disappeared.
It’s clear that this company exists only to scam people. Their website is filled with fake old reviews to deceive customers. Do not trust them! They will take your money and vanish. I strongly advise against buying anything from them.
I hope this review helps others avoid being scammed like I was. Report them if you can!

Dear Mohamed Naser,
We take such serious claims very seriously. However, after thoroughly checking our order database, records, and communication channels, we have found no order, transaction, or communication history under your name — neither via WhatsApp nor email.
Also, we have never received any ₹50,000 order from any Indian or international customer to date, nor have we ever blocked a verified customer from reaching out.
We believe this review may have been falsely submitted and does not reflect a genuine experience with our brand.
If you believe this is a misunderstanding, we kindly request you to share verifiable proof of payment or order confirmation at info@samaayajaipur.com — and we will gladly assist.
We are a customer-first brand, and false reviews not only damage trust but also harm the honest efforts of our hardworking team.
Warm regards,
Team Samaaya Jaipur

Overall everything was good
Overall everything was good, the style, the quality, the look, was on point. Only issue was the non informing of out of stock for one of the selected items, other than that, everything was just so good. No hustle now for buying plus size wedding wear. I loved it 😊

This was my first time ordering from them. I would say the overall experience was good but the only thing was that i didn’t get my package on the date it said i would. I’d order from them again as long as they can get the packages out on time. The quality and everything else was good. Great communication from their team as well.

Really bad
Really bad. Order came nothing like the image and was like a cotton kurta style - definitely not appropriate for a wedding event if that is what you are considering for. Gave a random red scarf with a yellow and pink outfit (picture showed pink) They could argue that they just capture it better but it is still the same but the border and arm sleeves were completely different. Yes they give option for custom measurements but it is best to work on sending out what you actually show first. Disappointing and refund is only store credit. Why would I want to order from here again?

Dear Jan,
We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience with us didn’t meet expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product doesn’t match what was anticipated, especially for an important occasion like a wedding.
At Samaaya, we strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, but we acknowledge that variations in photography, lighting, or styling can sometimes cause confusion — and for that, we sincerely apologize. Regarding the styling details and dupatta, we take your feedback seriously and are looking into it with our production team.
While our current policy offers store credit for refunds, we completely understand your hesitation. All we ask is for one more opportunity to serve you better and change your impression of us. We assure you that we’ll go above and beyond to make sure you’re never disappointed again.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts — they help us grow and improve.

Great quality and excellent customer service!
I recently purchased an outfit (lehenga set) from Sammaya Jaipur and was very very satisfied with the quality and especially the personalized customer service. They have a very professional & caring team and the CEO Deepak ji himself helped me with all my queries in a very professional way. He made sure everything I asked for was taken care of. Infact, they even provided speedy service with delivering the outfit to the hotel I was at and also when I requested alterations, they right away sent for someone to pick up the blouse and sent it back in 1 hour with complete alterations. I will continue to place orders with Sammaya Jaipur and thank them for a wonderful experience 🙏🏻
