I ordered a party wear suit for $135 (USA)

I ordered a party wear suit for $135. It looks nothing like the picture, is extremely poor quality and worst of all much smaller than the size I ordered. They cut off the sizing labels on both kurta and pants. The stitching is poor quality, the front slit is really high, the color looks nothing like the photo. I wouldn’t not pay more than Rs. 1000 for this. I want a refund but the WhatsApp chat has been non responsive even though I sent them pictures of how small everything measures. They will not be in business for long after such shady practices.

We’re truly sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your order. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when an outfit does not meet your expectations.

However, we would like to clarify that the suit sent to you is the same design and color as shown in the product images on our website. We always try our best to ensure that the product images accurately represent the actual outfit, although slight variations in color can sometimes occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Regarding the sizing concern, we have already communicated with you on WhatsApp and offered you an exchange for a bigger size. We are absolutely willing to assist you with the size exchange so that you can receive a better-fitting outfit.

As per our policy, we do not offer refunds; however, size exchanges are available as per our exchange policy. We would request you to please cooperate with us so we can resolve the sizing issue for you as smoothly as possible.

We genuinely value your feedback and would like the opportunity to resolve this matter fairly. Please continue the conversation with us on WhatsApp, and our team will assist you with the exchange process.

Product looks like a cheap replica

Product looks like a cheap replica. The work on the front pattern on the kurta does not match the pictures online. The design was stitched in the wrong order.

We’re sorry to hear that the outfit did not meet your expectations. We understand your concern regarding the placement and appearance of the front work.

We would like to clarify that the suit is made according to the design shown in the product images, and the placement of the embroidery/work may have slight variations due to the handmade and stitching process. However, we certainly understand if the finished look appears different to you.

If you believe there is a significant difference from the product shown online, we would be happy to review the concern properly. Please share clear pictures of the received outfit along with the product image for comparison, and our team will look into it.

We genuinely want to resolve the matter fairly and ensure that your concern is properly addressed.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your purchase. However, we would like to clarify that VAASTAVI is a genuine brand, and we stand firmly behind the quality of our products.

Every product is **made and supplied as described on our website**, including the fabric, design, specifications, size details, and other product information. Our products undergo quality checks before dispatch, and we take pride in offering premium, carefully crafted ethnic wear.

We also clearly communicate our **return and exchange policy** before purchase. As per our policy, **returns for change of mind are not offered; size exchanges are available subject to the applicable policy and product eligibility.**

We understand that every customer may have a different experience or expectation, but referring to a genuine business as “fraud” is a serious allegation. We would prefer to resolve any genuine concern with facts and transparency.

If you believe there is an issue with the product you received, please share your **order number and details with us privately**. We will be happy to review the matter and assist you strictly as per our stated policy.
