Hi, Karen! We’re sorry to hear the experience felt impacted by the number of guests and the weather conditions. We understand how a larger group and extended time outdoors in the cold and rain can take away from the tour. Your feedback helps us improve our planning and guest experience. Please email your booking details to guestrelations@usghostadventures.com so our managers can review the situation and take appropriate steps to address your concerns.

Loved this tour
Loved this tour! It turned out to be intimate because we, my sister and I, were the only ones to show up on a cold April night! Bella, our guide, was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and soooo funny! The Ghost stories and Witch stories were mesmerising and creepy. We also rented one of the little spectral machines for $7... and caught some ghost activity! Only downside is it would have been cool to actually be able to buy it as a souvenir. Outside of that we loved every minute of this tour and would DEFINITELY recommend it in spite of the cold.
