He was very knowledgeable but im sorry…
He was very knowledgeable but im sorry but i think you should retire people after a certain age. He forgot where we parked the car and even fell pretty bad once. I have gotten guides for over 30 years and ive always learned a lot but i was a little disappointed with this guide i really think he was too old. He would be ok on a bus tour not individual guide.

Poor customer service…
We has some very unfortunate circumstances where a few of our members could not attend and we had to cancel, and you would not refund us. I think that shows poor taste on your part. We didn't cancel because we wanted to. We had no choice.

Mia was our tour guide and she did a wonderful job; however, since she was new I think it might benefit her stories if she talked with the tour guides a the Jennie Wade house to get better information re: Jennie Wade as some of her information contradicted with the guides at the Jennie Wade house told us.
