The extractor hood ordered was out of stock at the manufacturer Elica so we did have to wait for longer than planned for availability but we received regular emails so knew that our order had not been forgotten. Once shipped, the great communications continued and the shipment was very well packaged. Highly recommended company.

The company is very easy to work with.
The ordering process, in depth discussion for my requirements, ( I ordered a gaggenau island hood and they pointed out the different options and accessories needed), information regarding delivery times and tracking. Payment was also secure and easily done.
As I am located in the Far East, and this was the first time dealing with Fesal, I was initially a little hesitant although previous reviews gave me some confidence. After this very good experience I have every confidence to recommend them to my friends.

Buying overseas can always be of concern, as you don't know whether you're dealing with a genuine company or not.

My range hood arrived exactly when expected and it was half the cost of buying the same item locally.

Excellent service and prompt delivery at an amazing price. I was positively surprised home simple it was to buy gaggenau ovens overseas and get them delivered to Adelaide.
If you do not need your white goods immediately (i.e. you can wait ~6weeks) I can highly recommend using Fesal.

Filippo and his team are dedicated and trustworthy. I have been dealing with Fesal now for three years and can honestly say they provide a fantastic service and work very hard at making sure their customers needs are met.

If there is every an issue, it is dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Filippo travels to Australia at least twice a year and visits with his clients personally should they request it. He has a strong knowledge of what the Australian customer requires, fluent in both English and Italian.

Fantastic and painless experience. Purchased high end kitchen appliances that would have been too expensive to buy in Australia. Goods were professionally crated and arrived in one piece; and communication was exceptional.
Had a minor issue with an oven door and Fesal replaced and arranged installation under warranty, no questions asked; has taken a little time, but satisfied nonetheless.

Excellent service! We needed replacement parts for our showers that were not available in the US. We talked by phone on thier US line and they shipped the parts quickly and had great prices.

I bought an Elica cooker hood from Fesal and when the electrician tried to install we found that one of the part was broken.
I contacted Fesal and Antonio dealt with my issue. He was polite and efficient in all correspondents and I couldn’t have asked for more.
The replacement came 3 weeks later and I now have a working cooker hood.
I cannot reccomend this company enough and would definitely buy from them again.
You only know if a company is good when you have a problem.
