Terrible experience
Terrible experience, sent my phone in with 100% battery never been used, they claimed it wasn’t new and gave a much lower price. I declined the offer and they told me I had to pay £25 to receive my phone back. Not a good experience speaking with customer service. Similar company to webuyanyphone, they give you a price and then lowball you.

Your device turned up to us with major scratches on the front glass. We did let you know on several occasions, that we were able to send you all video evidence of this, but you never once requested it.
We also believe that the device was not new due to the fact it, 1) didnt arrive sealed in a manufacturers box, 2) was an insurance replacement by EE - which you told us so. Although you made us aware of this beforehand, you failed to mention the multiple deep scratches on the front glass. Had this been notified to us prior to the send in, then we would have given you a rough deducted price in advance.
We think our counter-offer was extremely fair concidering your device needs a full glass replacement and for this model is £389+VAT on the Apple website.

Mays try Sala Phones
I had a BNIB S25 ULTRA 512GB & went on recycling comparison site --Sala Phones came out as top offer, decided to sell phone to them. They sent a prepaid postage package which was no good as Royal Mail only covered item up to £150 so I sent via SD next day at cost of £10.45. Sala received phone then decided to ask me to prove my ID,address & for receipt of my purchase & wanted to know price paid originally. (none of this is advertised on their website), in fact they claim payment is received by 6pm or within 2 hours of phone inspection. My phone was received by them on Monday & payment from them was received early hours Wednesday morning a bit longer than their same day payment. I did receive the full amount offered (couldn't really offer anything lower as my phone was in it's original sealed package. There is no contact phone number & everything is done via their support email (which was fairly quick to reply) but a phone number would be better.

Good price, good communication I was always aware what was happening from when they received the phones up until payment. I used to use SELLMYPHONE but last time they delayed payment by 1 week so now I am using SalaPhones going forward.
