A breath of fresh air in a world full of false promise. Safe did our asbestos survey and then provided us with a cost for the removal of the very small amount of floor tile identified - better value and an amazing service. All of this completed within 2 weeks of instructing the survey report! Thank you - and couldn't recommend enough

Carried out an asbestos survey, which took more than a month to complete despite assurances otherwise when we commissioned them. Had to chase these guys at every turn for updates. When we eventually received the patchy report we were disappointed critical asbestos queries highlighted in homebuyers report were not addressed. Furthermore there were two breaches of confidentiality on their part which they failed to take any accountability for when confronted. The only thing good about this company is that they are cheap. Avoid.

Removal of whole asbestos artex kitchen ceiling, ceiling boards from two other rooms and a shed roof. Great price and a great job from the lads who grafted to get it done.

Really good service from start to finish removing our garage roof, nice polite lads and really good value for money. Highly recommend

They don’t deserve any star . I had to put ONE star as there is no other options.
Personally I don’t think previous reviews are reflecting the truth of this company.
The experience to deal with them overall to say the least is Unpleasant, Stressful and Resources-wasted. In short, they did a pretty substandard and bad job in a rush after 2 last-minute cancellations, and instead of willingly to rectify the problems and make it right they just bluntly denied it BUT didn’t forget to demand for payment. Their communications are non existent. Their records of documentation and correspondence are appalling. Their timing and punctuality is ridiculous. The director and management team i.e. Liam Major, Brad Mather and Ryan Cross in my humble opinion are unprofessional, careless , irresponsible and dubious.
I would never use this company ever again and I certainly would never recommend them to anyone.
They shouldn’t allow to do what they do. We need honest , genuine and decent people .

It’s so unbelievable to read such false claims you have bravely made against me . I am far from what you’ve described here Liam but I guess we have to agree to disagree here.

In short I wouldn’t waste my precious time on you and your company to put it mildly.
In my humble view you have not got fainted ideas of what is going on within your company so allow me to remind you.

1. I asked for a quote for removal of my Abestos single garage roof which you provided it accordingly. 5% discount you mentioned here was given voluntarily by you and I never asked for it so please be careful what you say.
2. Secondly I asked if you can replace a new roof after that , you said you could so I agreed to go ahead
3. I asked if you could also replace my gutters which you said you could and included the price in the quote.
4. You cancelled twice the appointments for the job at last minutes due to no material and broken machine etc . In hindsight I should have cancelled you then .
5. The day of the job your men turned up in a rented van and when I asked for the gutters they had no ideas. Got in touch with you , Ryan, Brad and your customers services myself on the day but no one bother to get back to me.
6. The removal of the Abestos roof was ok the guys worked hard so I gave each £20 to say thank which I explained to you clearly in my email so I am unsure why you are confused! The new roof is installed so badly
7. After going back and forth Brad told me there was some internal error with your system that’s why the initial quote for the job you gave me didn’t include the cost of the guttering. Now this is surely not my fault. You should have checked and rectified it yourself before commencing the work but you didn’t.
8. Then you sent your men over to my home unannounced the following Monday to install my gutters.
9. I got in touch with you straight away the following day after noticed my gutters were not properly fixed and I actually suggested you to come down to see it for yourself Liam but you didn’t and asked Brad instead. Thursday 2nd of March I was told by you that Brad would be at my home early in the morning but guess what at 18.28 I got a text from him saying that he won’t get to my home until 7:45-8pm????? Seriously ? What sort of operation are you operating! So no surprise I told him it’s too late for him to assess the job and advised him to come by the following day but he said he can’t but will send someone called Phil instead. So I agreed. Phil turned up looked at the gutters and pushed it to the other end blab blab and again no surprise to me he disagreed that the guttering not properly fixed !
10. The following day I contacted Brad and yet explained to him I am not pleased with the whole job you carried out. He acknowledged my concerns and told me he would speak to you and see what can be done.
11. That evening I received the email from you Liam demanding the payment by Friday 10th March the DEADLINE otherwise you would take me to court . It’s so unbelievable to say the least.
12. Just to be clear I never asked you for discount etc so please don’t make thing up as it look REALLY bad on you.

I have no words to describe you and your company Liam. I don’t think you have clear conscience or basic moral values at all because if you do , you don’t make such false claims, statements about others. May be you do that to make you feel better about yourself. Indeed I wish I never asked you to carry out the work. It is what it is lesson to be learnt. I certainly won’t recommend you to anyone. It’s hard to find decent and genuine human beings these days but I am positive that decent people do exist just like myself. My issue is I trust people too easily and take what they tell me at face value.

Anyway good luck. I am still waiting for the certificate for the removal of my Abestos roof which you promised a week ago please can you send over.

Excellent no fuss service with excellent advice from Ryan on Sales through to Liam who undertook the survey with an approach that gave me confidence and reassurance. My thanks to everyone at Safe Environments i have already recommended them to a friend

Excellent service and clear communication. I would recommend Safe Environment to any of my clients.

The quote was prompt and competitive. The work was scheduled quickly. All interactions with 'head office' were good and i was kept informed of process and advised of a small delay. The guys who removed the asbestos sheets were excellent - despite running late and working in the rain and dark they were cheerful, polite and did an excellent job, leaving the site clean. Highly recommended.

Great service and extremely good price. The team that completed the work were great with advising on arrival time and length of time to complete the work (more or less accurate to the minute!). Tidied up the worksite afterwards. The last hour of the job was completed in horrendous sideways rain but all good and the rain was a good test of the install...... old roof leaked in around 5 places and new roof not one drop of rain. Would not hesitate to recommend

Safe Environment were able to book in my job quickly and completed it in a very professional manner. The area was left clean and tidy. The price quoted was also lower than the other three quotes I got. I definitely recommend them.

Fast and efficient turn around from initial enquiry to complete we were kept informed throughout. The squad of guys that completed the works were polite and tidy.
We will use Safe Environment again for future projects.

This company was double-booked to conduct an asbestos check at my address, in error, through Check-A-Trade.
Their contractor arrived after the original company I booked had already attended, so I explained the situation, apologised and sent their contractor away.
Since then, I've received a string of abusive emails and telephone calls demanding full payment, despite providing no service to me. Reasonable offers of recompense for 'wasting their time' were rejected and they have started court proceedings against me.
Shameful, unreasonable behaviour. Avoid at all costs.

These guys are a dodgey outfit. They arrived after 4pm (booked for 2pm) in a rented van and very little equipment. I should have at this point sent them packing and hired someone else.

They rushed in, and started tearing down one ceiling with only a plastic sheet on the floor. I had asked them beforehand if we needed to clear the room above (concerns with gaps in floorboards), or even put seals around the door, but they said it would be fine.

It was not.

Dust and debris was thrown everywhere, all over the floors downstairs, throughout the room above. They frequently trapesed through the house with dusty boots. I was horrified, but it was too late to stop now.

After, I received an invoice for twice the area that was worked on, because there was a layer of plasterboard on the ceiling that hadn't been accounted for?!

I'm disputing the charges, and they are threatening court action.

Be smart, don't book these absolute chancers.

Cowboys. Arrive whenever the hell they feel like it with no respect towards family life. Overly rushed and untidy workmanship. Left job incomplete first visit. Did not communicate about changes before arriving at second visit, and simply left without completing job without informing me. Impossible to communicate with operations manager Brad Mather to resolve problem. Countless unreturned phone calls and emails. Was sent a solicitors letter threatening legal action on lack of payment before job was even completed. On Third and final visit job was at last completed but my husband had to call workers back as they left, as flashing was obstructing shed door from opening. Nearly 3 month saga during my last trimester of pregnancy. Stress I really did not need. Only person who was any help was Jodie who tried to get things sorted where she could. So Glad to have any interaction with this company behind me.
