Amazing service from Sadaf! She was able to book me an appointment at short notice and really helpful putting my clothing ideas together for a wedding.

My dress arrived and it was beautiful and fitted well on top but was too long. Unfortunately I had to send it back.

The stitching is amazingly unfortunately the size and fitting of the suit was all wrong. Had to take the suit to a tailor to have it resized and had to pay extra money.

It was a great experience for me and it was delivered on time.

Order a number of outfits and paid for them to be tailored to individual sizes. Order was received weeks later than initially promised by seller and no adjustments were made to the clothes. We had asked her to check after receiving from her tailor and confirm measurements before posting out to us but she said she couldn't open them because the dresses had kankan (there was no kankan on the dresses) so we only realised after they had all been delivered. Unfortunate dishonest experience and wouldn't recommend if you need anything tailored to size.
The reason given for the delay in delivery was that another order from the UK had been placed and they decided to wait until that was fulfilled to then cargo them all together. We had made it very clear that we were short on time so found this delay to be inexcusable.

All wrong sizing

Great experience buying a wedding outfit today, Sadaf was super helpful and had a great collection. Will definitely return.

The process from start to finish was absolutely amazing they handle me with care and kept on updating me with my order
There was a little delay with my order but it was very minor not a big thing they had posted it out next day soon as they received it the quality of the clothes were high can’t wait to wear them will be ordering more

A beautiful selection of festive clothing. I needed an emergency outfit for a wedding and they dispatched my order within a few hours. I'm very grateful! Thank you - and the suit is beautiful.

I’ve been waiting almost 2 months for the suit and it hasn’t even arrived yet. I’m being asked to review an outfit by the company but the outfit isn’t even here yet.

Bad service

The customer service was excellent. The first dress I ordered didn't arrive and I exchanged it twice. Each time, I was given lots of options to choose from. The dresses are all gorgeous and I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want. I left with a gorgeous purple kameez. 10/10 recommend.

Outfit is always lovely from this website, just the shipping is horrendous. I ordered this back in march. I’ve just now got my order parcel in June. I emailed them and they told me the issue but they could have emailed the customer asap about their order beforehand.

I was shopping for dresses for my little sister’s wedding and had the absolute pleasure of working with Sadaf. She was incredibly helpful and patient — she stayed with us for hours, showing us inspiration pictures and helping us find the perfect styles. Despite us being pretty last-minute with our planning, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was ordered and arrived weeks before the wedding. The designs were beautiful, and the quality was genuinely impressive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth, supportive shopping experience and stunning outfits!
