Avoid like you would avoid the plague. All staff I have dealt with have told bare faced lies, they do absolutely nothing to help or support any issues you may have. I have been "battling" (best choice of word I can use) this cowboy outfit for many weeks and I'm still no closer to receiving my "certificate" for the cycle to work scheme. I was PROMISED yesterday (7 April) it would sorted today 8th April. NOT SORTED!!! they have now asked for another 48 hours to "figure what the issue is" THE ISSUE IS THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS...... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I wonder if they'll respond to this?????? Latest update as 11 April. They are now blaming my company for the delays, but when asked to provide evidence of this, they have not done so as yet. They have now flat out refused to provide evidence that it is my company at fault. If they're so sure it is my company PROVIDE THE EVIDENCE and I can take it to my company and deal with it.
sending physical cards?
I had enough points for a pretty good gift card. It went through BHN that sent a physical amazon gift card for some reason. What a surprise it never arrived and their response is wait longer, then just tough luck. I wonder how many people have their card "lost" in the mail.

My card has been refused because of "security" reasons. They said my card had the wrong name although my name was clearly printed on it and it was sent to my email and was purchased for me by a lawyer. They wanted me to take a picture of the front and back of an ecard. You can't even talk to anyone on the phone unless you know another language. They haven't (won't) resolve it keep saying that it is pending. I lost my item because the sale went away. I find them unwilling to resolve issues and difficult to work with. I feel like my money was stolen from by dismissive people.
Terrible company
Terrible company - employer paid funs for this and still said awaiting payment even though they recieved funds. Cancelled order and making payment on card.
Received a $20 rewards based on our EVERSOURCE account
Received a $20 rewards based on our EVERSOURCE account. Went to activate the card and initially said it had to confirm things than it said it looked like a scam and denied the activation. Were given instructions how to receive a new card via BHN but the hoops that we were required to go thru for the $20 was very frustrating. Replied back from BHN took over 4+ weeks. Just not worth the trouble. Stay clear of BHN if at all possible.

DON'T DO IT! They take your money automatically, then reject your order without explanation. I called them and it will take me 10 days to get my money back. They need to adjust their systems to take your money only once your order is approved. Ridiculous.

I received a gift through them (a 15€ Amazon gift card), and when I tried to redeem the code, it said it had already been used. I contacted them and they told me to ask Amazon for a review. After Amazon reviewed it and said to me that the code had already been used, I contacted them again and attached the email that Amazon had sent me. They don't care; they don't admit to doing things wrong, so they make it clear that they are very unreliable.
Unusable card and unhelpful support
They issued a card that's practically unusable, it got declined at around 10 different merchants I used it at. I sent them proof and screenshots of that, and the only support I received was that they can't see the transactions in their system, so I'm stuck with a $120 card that I can't do anything with for weeks.
System blocked then can’t use gift card
Come to use my reward and tells me system blocked. Message the company and never get any response or help. Can usually see it again in 24 hours but no help when your at a till. Always happens with Morrisons e-gift cards. Absolutely useless. Happened a number of times now. Going to print them as soon as I receive them from now.
MasterCards not working
I received two gifts recently and I chose a MasterCard debit card for both of them Neither of the cards actually work - won't add to ApplePay (even though it says it should) and doesn't work for purchases (I tried significantly lower amounts than the value of the cards at 4 different providers, all of which meet the requirements based on provided documentation). Customer service is practically nonexistent - robot agents that hung up on me twice.

A wearisome wait for a voucher

Overall, would recommend for small businesses
Overall, I quite like the Rybbon platform from BHN. It's easy to use, campaign set up is very simple, and I like all of the integration and automation options that it offers. My only two critiques are that I wish it had the ability for the search bar to search for a name throughout all of my active campaigns (we do blinded surveys so if a respondent does need to troubleshoot anything it's a bit tricky to find which campaign they belong to) and that I wish the subscription levels/features were a little more customizable. As a small company, it's not always financially practical to upgrade to the higher level subscription, but being able to have one or two of those features would be immensely helpful for us.
We've used Rybbon for a number of years now and I've had great experiences with every account executive assigned to us. Super helpful and responsive. Best of all, if they don't know they answer they tell me that and then go look to find the answer instead of just leaving something unanswered or making up nonsense.
