Ruth Pitts Estate Agent Anmeldelser

Switching to Ruth Pitts was easily the best decision we made for selling our house after she was recommended to us. Ruth’s communication has been absolutely fantastic throughout. She’s been incredibly responsive, keeping us in the loop constantly, getting loads of viewers through the door, and providing immediate feedback every time.

A special shout-out as well to John Lane on her team who handles the viewings, he’s been a massive bonus! Viewers have given such positive feedback about how professional he is at showing people around. Having actually viewed other properties with him ourselves, we knew first hand just how good he was.

On top of keeping our sale moving, Ruth went above and beyond sending us potential new homes and checking listings to see what was available for us and helping us with negotiating on potential new properties. To top it all off, her negotiation skills with our buyer were top-notch, and we are now officially Sold Subject to Contract!

We couldn't recommend Ruth and her team enough 10/10!!

Thank you so much : )

Ruth is literally non stop, answers any questions, any time of the day, any day of the week. Never shy to help with any queries, can’t suggest any way to improve. It’s been a pleasure

Overall a professional service that presented our property in an excellent way. The process was very simple to navigate and our hands were held throughout the process to ensure we were comfortable with the sales criteria. We would highly recommend Ruth Pitts estate agents to anyone interested in selling their home

As first time buyers we have been viewing quite a few properties and I can say that Ruth Pitts are simply fantastic at communication and helping you out without feeling like you are pushed. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending these and look forward to finally moving in to our dream home 🤞

Very happy with the outcome. Communication was responsive and consistent. I would use this service again. Overall good experience. Thank you.

Ruth has been excellent throughout my process of selling a shared property to purchasing my own home.

Her attention to detail is faultless, ensuring the process is as smooth as it could be while maintaining the upmost professionalism.

A very friendly but professional service. Would recommend them.

We’ve purchased our new home with Ruth and honestly we cannot recommend her enough! From enquiring, to making our offer and beyond she’s been nothing short of amazing. Incredibly prompt at responding and very knowledgeable, she’s definitely gone above and beyond what we expected. A huge thank you for all your help in securing our forever family home!

Great and prompt service. Good communication throughout.

What an absolute fantastic service from Ruth Pitts & her team, every question answered and often at unsociable hours when your mind is working overtime. Ruth could not have been more helpful, professional and personable, also with fantastic advice. You can 100% feel how much she cares about your experience and tries her utmost to uncomplicate the complicated for you, she's a true gem. Thank you so much for all your help, if we are ever looking to sell our home again or know anyone who is I will one million percent be recommending you :)

We can’t recommend Ruth enough! From the very beginning, she’s been amazing. Her communication has been brilliant throughout, always keeping us updated and answering all of our questions quickly and clearly.
Nothing has ever seemed too much trouble, and she’s made the whole process so much less stressful than we expected. Ruth has been friendly, professional, and genuinely supportive every step of the way.
We’re so grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic estate agent. Thank you, Ruth!

Every step of purchasing through Ruth Pitts has been seamless. We received a very fast response when requesting a viewing of the property and a huge amount of flexibility in arranging timings for this. John, who met us for the viewing, was so helpful and knowledgeable about both the house and the area. Ruth helped us to make an offer and has been very supportive in pulling together the necessary information for this. An outstanding service. I just wish I knew about this estate agent before selling my own property.

We have just used Ruth and her team to sell our parents property and cannot recommend them enough! Ruth is so professional, approachable and knowledgeable, we really didn’t know where to start but she has helped us every step of the way.

We chose Ruth to sell our property based solely on our Mum sharing all Ruth’s property posts on Facebook (along with missing dogs in Africa and stolen bikes in Holland 😂) and we are all so glad we did, so much so we have just listed our property for sale with Ruth too!

Thank you Ruth and team for a positive experience.

I can truly recommend this company. Looking for a property many miles from home is not easy, but Ruth could not have been more helpful. From me ringing about a property I was interested in, Ruth's staff were always on hand. From everyone in the office to John showing us round to Ruth securing the property. Then she helped with surveyors, solicitors and the identity check. This is the first time in 38 years we had bought a property. We can't thank you enough. Pauline and Julian.

It’s our first time selling a property , up for sale due to a double bereavement . Ruth and her team made the process , smooth , understanding and professional, during a truly difficult time.
Excellent communication , truly awesome marketing , and speedy.
We always knew what was going on , always consulted and our questions answered ( no matter how daft they seemed to us) .
Would highly recommend and should I ever be selling a house on my own behalf Ruth and her team would be my choice unquestionably.

Ruth was incredibly approachable, knowledgeable and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process.

The marketing of our property was excellent – professional, well-presented and supported by fantastic photos and videos that really showcased the house.

The service from start to finish was outstanding. Ruth was reliable, proactive and always on hand to answer any questions. We couldn't fault her service at all.

A professional experience, a great service and a quick sale – what more could you ask for?

Thank you, Ruth!

Had a friend told us to go with Ruth to sell my house and so glad I did Ruth and her team are so dedicated and on the ball they all seem to work 24/7 kept me informed all the way so far in 2 weeks they have had viewers through the door and a potential sale thanks Ruth and team

Ruth is the selling agent of hopefully my new property and she has been excellent with everything since I submitted a viewing request. Ruth understands I work long shifts and has been great at responding around those. I really appreciate her help securing my new home 😊

Ruth and her team are very professional and straightforward to deal with. Our very long winded purchase tested everyone emotionally and but Ruth and especially Vicky kept plugging away to resolve problems and understood exactly what we were going through. More expensive than other agents but Ruth was on hand and responded to messages in the evening and at the weekend which for us was invaluable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services.
