Ruth Pitts Estate Agent Anmeldelser

Selling the family home after the death of a loved one is not easy. Thankfully Ruth was there to help, she made it easier for us all. Ruth dealt with everything taking the stress away for us. We cannot recommend Ruth highly enough.

We had a fantastic experience working with Ruth while selling our home and purchasing our next one. Her communication was exceptional—clear, consistent, and reassuring throughout the entire process. We always felt well informed and never once felt out of the loop.
Ruth’s professionalism and support made what can often be a stressful experience feel seamless. We’re extremely happy with the service we received and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We first had our property valued by Ruth 6 months ago , however it wasn’t the right time for us to sell , fast forward to two weeks ago I contacted Ruth to sell our house and within a week it was sold . Ruth is very professional and nothing is too much trouble , she seems to be available 24 / 7 to answer our questions and queries. I would highly recommend Ruth and her team to anyone thinking of selling or purchasing a property .

Ruth has been amazing so far on our house buying journey! Her communication is next level and I never feel like I'm out of the loop with anything, 10/10 would recommend ☺️

Really happy with my experience with Ruth Pitts. Ruth and her wonderful team have been helpful and encouraging through this long process of buying my first home. I've always been kept in the loop and felt rather supported. On the day my house completed I got a lovely 'new home' hamper which ended my journey with happiness and warmth. I highly recommend Ruth Pitts for anyone purchasing/selling a property x

Ruth is a very professional estate agent who goes above and beyond to ensure a sale for your property. I’d been recommended by family and friends and they weren’t wrong with the suggestion. She put my house on the market and a week later it had already been sold. I don’t think this could have happened without Ruth’s experience but also with the contacts she has grown. Her team is also exceptional, I wouldn’t hesitate to go again with Ruth’s Pitts estate agents.

We’ve had a really positive experience with Ruth and her agency. Communication has been excellent throughout – she is always quick to respond and makes everything feel straightforward and easy, especially being able to communicate via text as I work shifts and can’t always be available to take calls.

Viewings were arranged quickly and John, who showed us around, was friendly, approachable and very helpful.

After some frustrating experiences with other agents, it’s been genuinely refreshing to deal with someone so responsive, honest and easy to work with. There have been no games or unnecessary back-and-forth – just clear communication and a smooth process.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ruth to anyone looking to buy or sell locally.

I would recommend using Ruth Pitts Estate Agent. We’ve now agreed the purchase of a property being marketed by Ruth and throughout the process Ruth was very responsive and communicated great with us on all our queries.

I would definitely recommend Ruth Pitts. I have a friend who used Ruth to sell her property and said everything she experienced with Ruth was great. So anyway I'm pleased to say everything was fantastic from start to end. John came and valued my house and it was exactly what I wanted. John is a very lovely man and would like to thank him for all his help. Ruth is great she answered all my questions promptly and always got straight back to me. I would definitely recommend Ruth Pitts. Thank you Ruth for everything.

Sold in 3 days! Ruth Pitts is an absolute superstar. She organised a whirlwind of viewings and had my house sold almost immediately after it hit Rightmove. She was always there to answer questions and put my mind at ease at all hours, making a stressful situation feel easy. I cannot recommend her services more highly—simply incredible ✨️

I had a fantastic experience working with Ruth and cannot recommend her highly enough. From our very first interaction, she was courteous, extremely professional, and made what can often be a stressful process feel incredibly smooth.

As a buyer, you can sometimes feel uncertain about the level of support or transparency you’ll receive throughout a transaction. However, Ruth is a total standout; she brings a level of honesty and dedicated customer service that is truly refreshing. She was incredibly prompt with her communication—I never felt left in the dark—and it was clear throughout that she had the best interests of both the seller and the buyer in mind.

It is rare to find an agent so dedicated and transparent. Ruth is a credit to her profession and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again!

Ruth has been brilliant and patient while we wanted to buy an house she was selling. We made an offer but couldnt make it official until we sold ours. Fast forward 4 weeks we have sold ours and bought our next family home. Thank you ruth

Professional and attentive made a sad sale easy and always available

Really really helpful as a first time buyer, has been patient and supportive throughout and something I think super important she was easily contactable and replied quickly and efficiently.

From first meeting Ruth at the valuation for selling it was an easy and obvious decision to choose her to carry out the house sale.
Any questions I had about the process were answered promptly and clearly.
John carried out the accompanied viewings and gave prompt feedback which was followed up in more detail by Ruth, usually the following day.

Would 100% recommend Ruth and her team.

Ruth was very patient with me and good at explaining everything I needed to know. Top rate service. Thank you for helping me with everything.

Would definitely recommend! Fast & easy communication 😊

It has been a delight to work with Ruth and her team. Communication has been first class throughout the sale process. Ruth has kept us fully informed whilst giving great advice. I cannot recommend her enough.
