Recently ordered a Rustic Console Table from Rust & Oak and I cannot praise the company highly enough. The whole experience ran smoothly from order to delivery. The quality of the table is fantastic and meets our needs perfectly. Would recommend them to everyone and wouldn’t hesitate to order again from them.

We ordered a slim table to fill an awkward size gap which always looked bare . The table does the job , very good quality very well made and very reasonably priced . It has been admired by anyone who visits us . Would highly recommend!

I was looking for a small, tall, console table for my hallway. I had been struggling to find the right one until I found this one. I could pick not only the width but the height as well making it perfect. The combination of solid oak and black metal was perfect.
When it arrived it was very securely packed and arrive in perfect condition. I assembled it myself and only then did I realise the weight and true quality of the oak.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this small but beautifully formed company to anyone.

I bought a Scandinavian solid oak desk from Rust and Oak back in October 2025 and it's exactly what I was after. The desk is very well made and finished to a high standard. The wood has a lovely grain and I chose a walnut finish to fit in with my colour scheme... it's a lovely restrained tone without being to dark or saturated. As the desk is made from solid oak it will last me forever! Highly recommended

Table was fantastic and great value for money

Absolutely love my console table, fits perfectly. Lovely solid wood, made very well the only little problem i had was with the screws, the top half perfect drilled holes ready but the bottom shelf no holes, i don't have a drill so had to wait for my son to finish it off.

We were able to source a console table to fit in a tight space. Good email communication to confirm a finish was available.
Delivery as expected, packaged well and easy to assemble.
Looks a treat and just what we wanted.

I don't like wall-fixed Tvs so was looking for an alternative. Kristian made me a bespoke monitor stand with extended height so my 65" TV now stands atop and my Centre Speaker fits nicely underneath . 4 months on and I am constantly amazed at the qualty and practicality of the stand. Very good communication with Kristian, outstanding craftmanship, speedy delivery and extremely well packaged. Very pleased indeed. Paul

I ordered a table from rust and oak and it was more than I'd hoped for! Looked around all the usual high street shops and they were not quality for money.
I got a solid wooden table that fits perfectly Into my kitchen. Supporting smaller UK businesses is always a positive.
Fantastic service I would highly recommend rust and oak.

We ordered and finally got our delivery after 5 weeks just in time for our first Christmas lunch in our new home but opening the packaging and carefully unpacking we noticed one leg had scratches on the steel end and the screws were not screwed into the steel plate, after trying to fix the leg onto wooden round table we were unable to screw fix the leg to table top, the screws would not attach and kept coming out, then we noticed chip to underside of table, we immediately notified Kristian of the damage, and the response was they can send a new leg out with a small amount of oil to cover up the chip, My partner said that this was not acceptable to quick fix damage to the table top as it was supposed to be brand new and not arrive damaged. I requested a new table top along with a new leg and was told we may not get it in time for christmas, we were told to repackage it well and we did this and wrapped it securely ready to be collected. We tried to contact Kristian via direct telephone number several times but no response and we requested a call back so that the communication was clear we were then to be told directly on email and the chat on the website that he was too busy sending out orders, We found this really rude as we had bought a product from this company but they could not be bothered to speak to us but they could type messages back and forth. With in a week, we received a delivery back on Christmas Eve but we were not notified of this being returned. When we unpackaged it we realised that it was the same table top, all Rust and Oak had done was put oil on the chip. We also noticed that the table top shade was very different colour from the legs, which is mismatched and looks ODD! We thought ok we will wait until the new year is over and company is back to work we will contact them again. On 7th January 2026 whilst eating breakfast we noticed a crack of approx 26 cm on the top side of the table top. We sent an email yesterday but have not received any acknowledgment from them or a response. This is poor service, poor communication and a poor quality product. If we don't hear from Rust and Oak we will be legally requesting a claim back through our bank as companies that ignore customer requests are investigated under the The Consumer Rights Act 2015 this is a UK law that consolidates and updates consumer protection rights, ensuring that goods and services must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. It provides consumers with clear rights regarding refunds, repairs, and replacements for faulty products and services. At no time did we receive any good will offer of compensation for the chip or the damaged leg, and we did not feel that any apology was genuine. We are disgusted with their service and even though they have a few good reviews, there is certainly not our experience and over 12 customers gave a 1 star reviews due to quality issues and poor service and 13 2 star reviews with the quality issues and 22 customers gave 3 stars due to lack of service and quality of product some have had a split in their bench, 108 customers gave a 4 star with their own problems with products and service. We have tried to get a response from Rust and Oak but we are ignored.
27th February 2026. In response to your reply that is clearly missing information here is our response.
We did ask for a replacement table top the first time you just didn't read the messages, if you had answered your phone you would have had received a better and a clear communication from us. There is too many online businesses like you that do not answer their phones any more. When receiving this table chip on a brand new table was not satisfactory to us so a request for a brand new table top was what was requested, this was ignored, instead you put a bit of oil on the chip table top and after it arrived the same table top just before christmas day we decided it was too late to repackage and sent back because of the christmas period. After Christmas we noticed that two very long cracks on top of the table and on the 5th january 2026 we notified you of the damage, you spent days replying back by email as you do not answer any phone calls and you never had answered a phone call this is what is meant by ignoring us! Over christmas we did not have any space to store it and it rained so we had to dispose of the packaging, after you said that you cannot give us a refund we spent over £30 on new packaging so we could return the table top for a refund, we did not get our original postage costs returned to us in the refund, and so we were out of pocket for a defective table that was damaged the first time it arrived, so not only did you cost us time & energy & repackaging this table top twice and contacting you so many times it was a waste of our time shopping with you. By law we are entitled to a full refund regardless of packing.

Fantastic high quality dining table and bench. Good solid wood with good staining alongside high quality painted steel legs.

Easily assembled (top tip use 2 people as the table is heavy because of the quality solid wood!)

Delivery on time. Definitely looking at ordering some shelving in the future as part of a refurb!

Good website, good communication throughout process, excellent product looking good in the kitchen.
