Excellent service as always from Zoe & the rest of the team!

Great service

I've used at least 20 different solicitors in the last few years. The experience has been overwhelming disappointment. However working with Gulrez at R&R on a recent case has been extremely refreshing. He was very knowledgeable about a slightly niche mortgage product and was pro-active in getting involved with the other solicitors firms to get to a resolution. I'll be getting in touch to work with Gulrez again on my next case.

Gulrez Khan was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and made what felt like a very tricky remortgage much easier to navigate. His knowledge and support were invaluable, and he kept me informed every step of the way. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

From start to finish everything was dealt with efficiently and quickly. Great communications from a friendly, professional team who did everything they could to facilitate the sale. Couldn't be happier.

We used Russell & Russell with our house sale and purchase. Zoe and Visctoria were excellent. We were in a chain of four which gave rise to protracted delays and difficulty communicating with the agents, buyers and sellers down the chain. They were diligent in chasing up delays and seeking to clear the problems caused by others. They responded immediately to all our emails and were friendly and helpful during a stressful process. Recommended without reservation.

Great service

I experienced a very good service from Jack and his team. He was also easy to get hold of, actioning things in a quick and timely manner. Having a solicitor that gets the job done is important, however when it's done in a very personable way, it makes life much easier. We could have had a slight conveyancing issue at the end of the process, which he dealt with very quickly and resolved the potential issue.

The team were always on hand to help solve problems.

Great experience, great communication

We have just completed the purchase of our new property, and Russell & Russell have been great throughout. The whole process was seamless, with communication great. Also, a special thank you to Ella, who mainly dealt with things for us! I will definitely be a return customer, if/when required in the future and would highly recommend others.

The Team did two remortgages for me which they managed to do simultaneously. They were great on communicating all the steps in process and managed to do it in the time frame that I requested.
Overall, it was a great experience – very smoothand straightforward. Highly recommended

If I could give -10 stars I certainly would
The worst service I have ever experienced.
Don't return calls, emails, get past from one person to another to deal with your mortgage.
This cost us further payments, in the end I had to speak to the actual lenders to anything done.
Between this solicitors and mortgage brokers it was like a roller coaster of emotions.
AVOID
Staff are rude Vanisha, Annabel, Abby even the receptionist who answered the phone. No one replies to email or calls please don't waste your time or money with these cowboys.

Get yourself a proper solicitors that can do the job professional and within the correct timescale that doesn loss you money.

When they were due to complete they were asking for items being sent already.
The mortgage figures were faxed and emailed from the company and they never received them. This was sent to them and I was cc on the email as I was on the call to the mortgage company whil it was sent because I chased it with them.
So if you do go with this unprofessional, rude, uncaring company please be prepared to do all the chasing and work yourself.

They will say one on holiday, one isick. Well they shouldn't take work on and not do it.
Vanish told me it was a one man band, she promised to call the following Tuesday with an update....guess what .. I chased her on the Friday and again the following week it was actually on the Thursday I got through to someone.
Wouldn't class this as excellent service.

They also said they called the mortgage company and when I spoke to our company they didn't have any calls from Russell and Russell. Also Russell and Russell has no calls log which I find unbelievable as where do they know or what they have done on you case

Please don't waste your money or time with this inconvenience so called solicitors

From start to finish Russell & Russell solicitors were professional, reliable and trustworthy. If I needed something explaining (in layman’s terms) Janine or Claire were always at the end of the phone to fully explain and empathise at times. I really feel that I got my monies worth out of them and I’m very happy with the service I received. Thank you

I think the whole process of selling a house is outdated and too prolonged
This obviously is not on any way the fault of Russell & Russell but it needs to looked at very closely

Whilst the sale of our house was a real challenge for us. Anthony & Emir looked after our interest with professionalism. They were prompt to reply to any queries we had & always on hand with good advice.

Natasha was very approachable and also Emma Musgrave got things sorted
