Refund
There policy states that any refund must be made within 30 days to be elligble. I did mine the hour after and they denied it for an accidental purchase that i had made.

Fraud, thieves, they stole 90eur from me, I converted one document, for 90cents, and I just now realized they charged, me 6.11.2025 43eur and 26.11.2025 another 43eur, I didnt agreed to that!!!! I had to block my card

Hice un pago de 0,90€ y al día siguiente me cargaron en cuenta 45,90€. Me puse en contacto con ellos y me dijeron que el cargo no era suyo. Me contestaron de un correo sin firma ni teléfono para poder dirigirme a ellos. Una estafa total.

very easy to convert in different formats
I was pretty amazed how the Builder was so easy for me to use. The conversion of the pdf to other formats was easily done. It did not give me a hard time. Very good website. I will highly recommend to family and friends.
