Free Trial Trap: Don’t Fall for It …
Rewrite this review to show disappointment and annoyance Very disappointed. I was trying to make a will and the program was so difficult to navigate I gave up and canceled my free trial immediately. However they still charged me $50 and told me my subscription was not canceled. You can look at the history and tell I had 2 documents that weren't even near complete because I couldn't edit the template. I even reached out to customer service explaining I know I canceled because I was so frustrated with the service. I asked them to check my history showing where not even one templaye was done or completed and that only 1 day of service was used to please refund me for the subscription I canceled. Nope they read me off their terms of service and said we can't. $50 is a waste, there are so many other templates sites that are very user friendly and give way more opitions. I would skip right on over this free trial and keep looking if I were you.
Here’s a rewritten version that conveys stronger disappointment and annoyance:
Extremely frustrating experience. I was just trying to create a simple will, but the program was so confusing and difficult to navigate that I gave up and canceled my free trial right away. Or so I thought. They still charged me $50 and claimed my subscription was never canceled.
It’s obvious from my account history that I couldn’t even finish two basic documents because the template wouldn’t let me edit anything. I even contacted customer service to explain how sure I was that I canceled—because I was that irritated with the whole process. I asked them to look at my account, see that none of my templates were completed, and acknowledge that I used the service for barely a day. But instead of helping, they just hid behind their terms of service and refused to refund me.
$50 completely wasted. There are plenty of other template services out there that are much easier to use and offer way more options. Honestly, do yourself a favor—skip this free trial and find something better.

I am an attorney and was not satisfied with your legal template and I cannot find any way to cancel my "free 7 day" subscription. Your reviews indicate many other people are running into the same problem and some are being billed even after you somehow cancel their subscription. This company is looking like a scam. Please cancel my subscription immediately - my 7 day free subscription just started today 4/13/2026. I do not expect to see any billings on my credit card from your company. Thank you.

Purposely impossible to cancel
Purposely impossible to cancel the subscription. There is nothing on the page such as a cancellation tab or button. If you are elderly and aren't tech savvy you will end up finding you have been charged for months when your credit card bill comes. By the time you find out you aren't cancelled they will have already charged for two billing cycles...or three in my case because it fell on the border of my credit card cycle. I paid $150 for a poorly drafted form that I could have bought for about $5. They clearly target certain groups who don't know how to navigate a computer system. Just another elder scam

Membership was cancelled, and the account was deleted, yet I am still being charged for this service. Live Chat Support and the Accounts Department claim they have no record of the charges, even though photos of bank statements were provided. I have been scammed - do NOT use this company!
