Siadbh and Aisling were at the forefront of our u13 ul bohs rugby trip to Bordeaux. From the greeting at the buses, to the organising of surfing , bowling and other finer details made this one of the best trips these kids will ever have experienced. Professionalism, understanding and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a trip of a lifetime for the kids, was a credit to both Siadbh and Aisling and we look forward to working with Rugby Travel Ireland again in the future.

My son went with Bangor Academy to Portugal for the rugby youth festival and it did not disappoint! He had a blast from start to finish, all the behind the scenes work to make this amazing for the boys. He's busting to get back next year!

This is Bangor Academy's 3rd year touring with Rugby Travel Ireland. As in previous year's from start to finish everything about the organisation we're exceptionall. Daragh's attention to all the details made the experience fantastic.
We travelled with 26 boys who all had a fantastic time both at the Rugby festival and paintball, which was a new addition to our previous tour.
Prior to our tour 2026 we discussed next year's tour 2027 with Daragh and have the wheels in motion to tour again with RTI.
The addition of our resident RTI rep Fergal who has now become part of our team is always a great addition.

We can't thank Daragh, Fergal, Siadbh and all the RTI team for their help in making this tour 2026 the best one yet.

My son has recently been on a trip to Portugal organised RTI and school. Excellent service !

The whole trip went smoothly. Questions always answered quickly. Great location choice and hotel. Transfers perfect. PRYF was a brilliant recommendation for our tour. Planning next year already!

Just back from a fantastic weekend in Wales for a rugby tour. Well oorganised and everything was spot on. Great time had by all, thank you RTI.

We are just back from Italy, I was part of a 104 people touring and I am astounded as to how smooth the whole operation went.
We had an absolute ball while away. Tony and Tadgh were amazing from start to finish.
We had the pleasure of Tony being our appointed tour guide and what a gentleman.

Rugby tour trip to Cardiff logistics with transport was seamless, although in hindsight we spent a lot of time travelling on coach and ferry crossing which just meant we did not have leisure time to explore Cardiff, suggest to fly over in future. Fixture arranged with local club allowed the team to experience a competitive game. Tickets to Principality stadium and catch a Gallagher game was the highlight although it would have been an added bonus to have a group tour before the game.

I along with our Committee organised our U14 rugby tour to Cardiff. 27 players and 16 adults.
From initial enquiry to arrival home from the trip the process was seamless. On tour there was continous contact with the Head Coach and volunteer parents to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Our boys had a magical, team building trip that will stay with them for a long time to come.
A special mention to Siadbh, who work tirelessly on our behalf when hiccups arrived on booking activities. She is professional, pro active and nothing is too much trouble, her communication skills were second to none and always prompt with reply.
We hope to use RTI in the future.

From the initial phone call to the final call, everything was done to a tee.
Daragh and Siadbh had everything done before I even asked the question and I ask a LOT of questions.
If your planning a trip abroad, do not hesitate to contact them. All the legalities, scheduling, literally everything was taken care of.
Our tour to Lisbon with 21 teenage girls was seamless, and thats no easy feat! So thank you so much for everything.
We will be using RTI for any tours going forward.

Great hotel location for match. Coach driver extremely accommodating dealing with a large group of wild 13/14 yr old boys

Great experience for the lads travelling. Everyone had a brilliant time and any issues there was always someone on the end of the line to help. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I (both in our late 60s) booked the Hospitality event at the Intercontinental Hotel for the Ireland v Scotland game on 14 March 2026 at a premium cost. The following is our experience of a disappointing service by Rugby Travel Ireland:
• The week of travel we were informed the tickets would be issued by Wednesday, 11 March. By Friday, 13 March (date of travel) we still had not received the tickets. Rugby Travel Ireland emailed during our travel to Dublin from Glasgow to say the tickets had been sent via Ticketmaster! No where on their website could I find confirmation the tickets were to be sent via Ticketmaster. I’m not a mind reader! The tickets had gone into my Junk folder and been deleted.
• Upon arrival at the Intercontinental Hotel, Dublin on 14 March, we were directed to Table 10. A few minutes later we were joined by two gentlemen and very quickly established rapport and craic. After another 10-15 minutes another two gentlemen appeared at our table, where it became evident the four folks were connected. We then became aware of discussions going on around the table with staff which made us slightly uncomfortable! It came to our attention through the original two gentlemen the second folks arriving at our table had purchased the table for their guests, ie we were interlopers! The sense of shame and humiliation we felt was palpable. We were asked to move. Our two original ‘friends’ at the table insisted we remain where we were. Feeling so uncomfortable I then spoke to the organisers at the front door and was told we should have been directed to Table 11! It must be said Table 10 doesn’t sound like Table 11, so we could not have been confused! Upon checking Table 11, it was full! The meal service had commenced by this time. We were then harassed several times during the meal to move table. The final suggestion was post-hospitality to move to Table 6! Again, our two ‘friends’ and other guests at the table insisted we remain. Not a comfortable warm, wet fuzzy feeling for the premium price we paid for the luxury of a Rugby Travel Ireland Hospitality event.
• The third cause for my dissatisfaction – three times I ordered a drink for my meal. Everyone else at the table was served drinks. I got nothing!
I did make representation to Rugby Travel Ireland on our way out of the hotel to the game. On our return for the post hospitality, we were again asked to move to Table 6. Again, we refused. Although the service improved during this time, it does not take away from the shame and embarrassment suffered initially.
Rugby Travel Ireland’s response to my comments were: “it was a 'mix-up' by the hotel”! They washed their hands of our disappointing experience. We paid premium costs for an enjoyable day which we did not receive. Instead, it became a catalogue of disasters. For Rugby Travel Ireland to brush off the incident as the hotel’s fault is shameful! This was completely out with our control! Suffice to say we shall not be booking Rugby Travel Ireland any time soon. It would appear they only concern themselves with folks/companies buying ‘a table’ rather than two OAPs choosing to spend their money on a hospitality event!

We recently travelled with Rugby Travel Ireland (RTI) from Dungarvan to Parma, Italy with a group of U18.5 rugby players, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
RTI organised everything — food, accommodation, matches, and transport — so all we had to do was turn up with our bags. The tour was extremely well managed and professionally run throughout.
Our tour guide and company representatives, Rian and Sive, were fantastic. They were always available, very helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly for the group. Sive in particular went above and beyond, ensuring we were looked after at all times and that the players and staff had a great experience.
It was a very well organised tour and a brilliant trip for the team. We would highly recommend Rugby Travel Ireland to any club planning a rugby tour

Staff did a great job on coordinating logistics and making it a fantastic trip. No stress at all from our end. At least, one of their staff members was always shuttling us around and they were constantly taking pictures for us to have later on. Staff were super friendly and insightful. Learned a bunch culturally, and rugby-wise while we were there. Couldn't recommend them more.

I had an amazing experience. They were always on point time and booked us amazing experiences.

our guide Sive & italian guide Riian were amazing from start to finish. We were supported as a group in every leg of our journey. All that was planned went without fault & they went above & beyond for all of us. every team member & adult supports couldn’t speak highly enough of this company & the trip was excellent because of them. Would highly recommend & we hope as a club to book again soon with them.
