I paid for 2 rugby tops in January. It the middle of march and still not received anything. Tried emailing and it’s bouncing back..

Ordered beginning of February, two weeks later still not received.
No response to email sent. Read the reviews ( wish I had done this before)
Contacted my bank and got a chargeback, then out of the blue with no updates on my order and tracking not available , it turns up on the 18/2. The product was too small so filled out the returns form as requested on the website on the 18/2 still waiting for a reply so unable to return until I get the reply.
Appalling company , I am now stuck with a shirt that I don’t need and my bank has got the money back that they credited to me as the product was delivered ( eventually) !!
No communication or customer service.
Looks like I will have to put this down to a bad experience, won’t be using you again. In fact I may go to trading standards to resolve my issue.

Ordered two kits for my son but only one arrived. Messaged numerous times before getting a response to be told that item was out of stock. Have been chasing since for either an alternative kit or a refund but have received no response. Won’t be ordering from them again and would recommend avoiding!

I ordered 3 rugby tops and I have only received 1 top which was a football top I have tried to email this over to you but the emails keep bouncing back, please can you confirm if my order has been mixed up and also how I can return the incorrect item that has been sent

My order never arrived. Only email was order confirmation back in November. No replies to emails sent.

Only received 3 out 4 items ordered. Yes the shirts arent originals but I knew before ordering. The shirts I have received are okay.

I would love an email address that works to get customer support to assist in tracking down and/or sending the missing shirt which i still want but its looking likely based off the other reviews that my order will remain at 3 out of 4.

Great Service from this company even sent me a photo with the item ready for despatch to my address.

Item is very good quality.

Bought a lions 3rd shirt for my son. It’s advertised as a genuine item but reduced in price. This is not the case as the shirt that arrived is a very cheap looking copy. Collar is different and the label on it says NRL so clearly a dodgy copy.

I’ve emailed the address advertised to request a refund but we shall see what happens. Not holding my breath.

Order placed on 29 November 2025, we are now 14 December with no update on delivery ETA. Items are a Christmas present.

I've sent 2 emails to the email address stipulated on their website and also submitted an online contact form.

Have received no response.

I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering with them.

Absolutely would NOT recommend and will now be reporting this to the authorities as fraud as I have paid for items I have not received nor have had any response to my three queries.

This was a fantastic shopping experience. Everything went smoothly from ordering to receiving the goods. The jersey is of excellent quality and great value for money; I'll definitely buy from them again when they release new styles.

I ordered a family set from them, and my wife, kids, and I absolutely love it. We're planning a trip after Christmas wearing our England rugby kits. It's so heartwarming!

I selected the wrong size when I placed the order, but customer service quickly helped me correct it after I contacted them. They responded promptly and were very professional in resolving the issue.
