I have no complaints with earth breeze to wash standard laundry which is only dirty through wear. Great at removing body fluids (blood, sweat etc) but useless at removing other stains such as tomato... Vis mer

Unable to manage account online
Agree with all the reviews who have had issues with accessing their account. This company was good up to a few months ago, but now I cannot access my account to change frequency or stop the subscription. I keep receiving a message that my account cannot be found, or the code to sign in never arrives. After receiving more laundry sheets that I didn't need, and then being unable to change the frequency myself, it is not now the service I originally signed up to.

Very helpful customer service, excellent service as always. Many thanks to Nina for sorting out a very minor issue. Will keep on ordering my yearly supply of Earth Breeze laundry sheets and supplies.

I've done both years mere days (I think closest were 2 days) before reorder goes through automatically, and it was moved within less than an hour, both times, including my indecisiveness..
Great Company
I’ve always been able to delay my delivery or speed it up if running out. I like the fact that there is no plastic involved with these sheets and my washing comes out fresh and clean. I’ve just cancelled as I’m moving and their customer services are brilliant.
mixed experience
I've been using these laundry sheets for years and they do a good job.
The website has always been poor and unintuitive - and now I find I managed to cancel my subscription in error instead of just the next shipment.... My "customer delight" specialist has been quite un-special and not delightful. He tried for a bit but then no response to further messages for clarfication and help. In the end he did re-instate my subscription but the order wouldn't go through, and I've had no feedback or help with that either.
I need to do some laundry so ultimately I've taken my business elsewhere, a shame as the sheets were good and very convenient
Excellent product
The product works very well. I have used nothing else since I first used Earthbreeze a couple of years ago.My washing always comes out of the machine spotless. Storing the packet is a doddle , taking up no room. No more spilt powder , no more carrying great heavy boxes, What’s not to like !

Not only do I love the product, it works beautifully, smells great and takes up so much less space! But also the customer service is terrific - friendly, responsive and reliable. Keep it up guys, you’re doing a great job.

Expensive and not what they claim
I bought these thinking they were clean and better for my health . They use toxic ingredients i dont agree with and what's just as bad i cant stand companies that make it hard for you to cancel your subscription. Stay away .
Good product, hell to deal with.
The product (laundry sheets) are good but the company changed their systems and website about 6-12 months ago, and since then they have been a nightmare to deal with and order from. Although I like their product, I have now given up and cancelled my account as its just too much hassle. They are way too USA-centric.
Impossible to cancel my order
I have been using Earth Breeze sheets for a while now but I have decided I want to cancel my order. This is proving impossible. I cannot do it via my account and I am not getting any reasonable response by emailing. PLEASE DO NOT USE this company.
Alleged IT upgrade has disabled account access
I have been an earth breeze customer for many years. When I started using the product I was happy with the performance but more recently I significantly reduced my usage because it simply does not clean the whites as it used to do. I use the laundry product to take on holiday but not as my main detergent.
My main concern is the problems that I have been having accessing my account.
I emailed them and I received a reply from a ‘customer delight’ representative who did not seem to be from the UK. In the past I always managed to access my account with no problems but more recently I have spent months trying to communicate with Earth Breeze regarding my account. I was unable to access my account because they were allegedly upgrading their IT systems. Every time I tried to get a code via email to get into the system then the code did not arrive into my email account quickly and as it had a four minute limit on its use; I was unable to access and use the account.
I finally managed to get onto my account and I have tried to remove the card details from my account. Earth Breeze would not allow me to do this. So I cancelled my subscription and contacted my bank. The recent IT glitches made me very nervous.
I would countenance extreme caution in purchasing from this business.
Furthermore I went onto Companies house and have found that the business is offshored in Guernsey and there are no officers listed. Is this a shell company that is offshored ? I do not want to do business with an offshore company that potentially may not pay taxes in the UK.
Communication and passive aggressive language .. is it AI?
Ive been a subscribing CUSTOMER for about a year now but recently disappointed with my last couple of washes, whites not looking quite so bright. So when I received my reminder from Earth Breeze I decided to cancel
I have had a number of passive aggressive responses from their 'customer delight experience representative' called Jessie
They're last one reads:

Really nice smelling & effective laundry sheets, and very quick customer support.
I've been using EarthBreeze for several months, and it's always done the job nicely and smells good!
When I've had to change brand and cancel my current subscription, the customer support responded in the same day. I still got my last order (could keep using it up or give as a gift or something), but it was handled swiftly and with good helpful manners.

I have been with this company for years as I couldn't find a better product. No issues until today. Email for order but no email to pick if I wanted to change date which I always do as I only need to order every 3 months or so. website now not found, cannot sign so I have cancelled with my bank.

Have been happy with this company for nearly 3 years however my last 2 shipments have not arrived. Emails bounce back and can’t cancel. Don’t know what’s going on but I wouldn’t place an order with them at the moment if that’s why you’re here.
Update- if you email hello@earthbreeze .com rather than co.uk all is well and everything sorted out quickly. Not sure why this has not been made clear by the company. Would have avoided lots of negative reviews.

It's funny how you can order without any problems but as soon as you want to cancel your subscription your email keeps getting rejected. I've noticed that quite a few customers are having this problem which leads me to believe it's a bit of a scam. I have cancelled my direct debit so it's up to them if they want to send me anything for free as I'm not paying for a product I no longer want to receive but I can't cancel

really struggling to cancel a subscription. got an email assuring me it was canceled, and then another package came the following month. can't delete my credit card details on account from a previous order. did manage to delete pay pal approval - good point to use pay pal from now on for this reason. pretty shocking
After waiting over two months for…
After waiting over two months for delivery, I got a message from the post office to say that there was a parcel waiting for me and that I would have to pay 28 dollars to get the parcel. It was so long ago that I can't even remember what I paid for the order, but it was nowhere near this amount. At new point was I advised that that extra expense was part of the deal. I had to leave it at the post office as I wasn't prepared to pay more than I'd even paid for the product. So if I could I could give this a zero star rate.
