Brought a Dab+Radio from this company .The power connector broke .contacted them and they sent out a replacement radio and a pre paid returns label and bag. Unfortunately the replacement was also faulty contacted again and now have a Great working Radio 5* Service from this company Thanks Marie

Radio recieved was cheaper than Amazon black friday deal. Excellent value but communication could be better as i recieved no reply to estimated delivery date.

I bought a scanner from Rugby Radios in 2023 and had a few hitches.
I contacted them a few weeks ago to get some replacement earpieces and the customer service was excellent. They replied to emails in a reasonable time and were very helpful.

Yet again great service from this Company, prompt, fast delivery. Have used them 3 times now and they have never let me down

they take your money, don't ship you anything and are 100% unable to be contacted. Emails bounce, the webchat doesn't work and their phone number has been disconnected. avoid like the plague.

What ever you do avoid this company. Despite their claim of a new web site and sparkling new premises, they can never be contacted. They ignore all emails, they also ignore their do called webchat function and finally their phone is in a constant queue. There lucky I live so far from them other wise they would be getting a personal visit!

Express delivery paid for. When the order didn’t arrive, we tried emails, Messenger, web chat, two different landline numbers and a mobile number and no one replied. The order did arrive a few days later, BUT the scanner didn’t work, wouldn’t charge properly and the scanning directory that was paid for wasn’t included in the order. Emailed again, no reply. Money is hard earned and we can’t afford to throw it away on items that don’t work or unfulfilled orders.

Ordered on 15 March & paid for express delivery. Item has still not arrived. There have been no replies to my emails, text chat and calling thier phone number puts you in an endless queue. Does this company even exist anymore??!

Worst experience we’ve had in years, Constantly chasing our order, told it’s sent only to chase again . Ordered 4 custom programmed radios , 3 stock radios sent after 3 months then span another load of tales about replacements and extra radios for inconvience. Finally had to get PayPal involved who returned the money after the full length of time (6 months) as Rugby radios ignored demands .
AVOID
Update : several sets were not sent. Multiple promises that radios were being sent were made but none arrived or actually were even sent ! Again AVOID, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE !

these guys are grate, if you need a raido call these guy, i always shop with amazon/ebay but thought i would buy from the uk and am so happy i did the service is grate and fast too.

Came across these guys on ebay so checked them online to make sure they aren't a back street company 👍 bought from them and I've found my new shop for various items that I'll need now and in the future 😀 cheers guys

Should have come to these guys first. Needed to program a Baofeng radio, and tried a cable from Amazon, and software from others sources which, needless to say didn't work. Bought the whole package which worked first time! Very happy, definitely recommended.

Wrong item was sent to me. The seller doesn’t respond to my emails, calls and messages.
I requested the exchange on the website. But nothing happened.
I’m very disappointed

Friendly site. was very welcoming and informative.
Although the software didn't work for me because my adapter was too old, i'm purchasing a new adapter and trying again.

Product good however it said i would receive a plug but did not receive one emailed them it has been a few weeks still no response.
