I would rate zero if I could
I would rate zero if I could. On December 7 I placed an order for a Christmas gift. When It became apparent they couldn’t deliver by Christmas I told them to cancel the order. They insisted it was in the states and on its way. It never arrived and I spent $50+ for something I never received. I plan to file a dispute with my credit card company but thinking I’ve been had. Do not do business with them.

As a beginner I expected instructions. I didn’t even know how to transfer the pattern to the fabric. I googled both websites that were included to no avail. I won’t order again and do not recommend this vendor.

I wish I could give this business 0 stars. I've been dealing with their customer service for MONTHS and they refuse to refund me.
I ordered close to $100 worth of embroidery kits in early November, fully expecting them to arrive by late December so I can gift them for the holiday. I realized after over a month and a few weeks out to Christmas that the items still didn't ship! I contacted customer support and feared I wouldn't get the items on time, so I asked for a refund. Well the completely ignored my refund request and just said "we will make it a priority to ship the items as soon as we can". I responded that wasn't acceptable and to please cancel and refund the order. The next email I received told me the items were shipped and I was given a tracking number.... Again they ignored my request to cancel and refund. This was now a couple of days from Christmas and I knew I wasn't getting the items because despite the shop appearing to be located in the USA, it shipped from overseas! Again, I emailed saying this was unacceptable and wanted a refund, again ignored. The items did come in 2 weeks after the holiday and I decided to just gift them late anyways, when I should have just refused the package. When I opened the package I realized how cheaply made the embroidery kits were. Whatever, I still gifted them embarrassingly because obviously this scam of a company wasn't going to refund me. After I gifted them my friend who I gave them to asks me if I have the instructions for the kits..... Apparently they didn't come with ANY instructions. I again emailed the company back explaining my whole story and asking nicely to just please email me the instructions so I can get them to my friend...... Well I get a response back that says "sorry for that! We told the manufacturer about the missing instructions and we will get back to you when they make them. Please be patient". Welp I've been emailing them since and still have not received instructions and my poor friend cannot utilize these...... $100 of crap wasted. I have demanded a refund for this terrible experience and they keep ignoring me. I'm not a person to write bad reviews or act like a "Karen" but this has been such a terrible experience, please for anyone reading this get embroidery kits from Etsy sellers, not this terrible company, it's frankly a scam.

Beautiful kit, well worth the wait
Although it took a while, it was well worth the wait, the kit arrived beautifully boxed and presented with care. The customer service team were excellent at responding to my query as to how long it would take to arrive.

Horrible Instructions
Cute designs, but the instructions are horrible. All you get is a picture with pointers indicating what type of stitch to use. No color guide at all. No instructions on what order to stitch parts. Two of the patterns don’t even match the picture, so not sure what I’m supposed to do with those. Very disappointed.

Missing Stitch Guide
I really like the patterns, but the patterns I received either didn't come with a stitch guide, or the guide was for the wrong pattern, and print quality was so low I could barely see what I was given . Also delivery from purchase was very slow.

Pattern did not match the design sent
Pattern did not match the design sent. No instructions received. However, I have contacted customer service and they sent me instructions. Good thing I have a bit of experience and managed to do something ok with the design because no colors were indicated. You have very nice patterns on line if you could only correct this and give clearer instructions, it would be wonderful!
