Document for Customs clearance not sent.
Items discarded by the Customs and never arrived.

It took 4 months for my delivery to get across the border just to get rejected at the border control. I wish my money back !!! The service was in communication at times slow. But the telegram contact was rather fast. I wish for compensation for my purchase as I have not received it!

I am living in Germany and everything goes well. I received my order.

Took about a month to get to me in the UK, with good Comms.
Product is genuine, and can't be obtained anywhere else. Will use again.
Most of the -ve reviews seem to be from the US, and due to mango Mussolini's tariffs.

They stringed me alone by saying that i would receive an refund whitin 14 days. Guess what..
I have never received a refund even though i waited longer than a month!
Like i said before:
I should not have trusted a company in Russia to come through.
There is no way to get a hold of them and whenever i give an update about my experience, they claim that a refund is on its way.

I wish I would’ve went on trust pilot before placing my order. I have had the same experience as everyone else that has posted. They pretty much told me that they are unable to ship to the US that I needed to be patient or that I can request a refund. I have since requested a refund. I will update my review if and once I actually receive my refund of €300.
I can understand shipping issues being out of their control due to US policy however, I will not understand or be OK with them or any other company just robbing me of my hard earned money. I will keep you all posted.

Beware this company looks legitimate but it's scam.

Its has been a nightmare of company to deal with. I was hoping the reviews that I'm seeing wasn't true but they operate just like a scam. I purchased about 4 weeks ago I needed some medicine urgently due health issues since the medication was not available in my country.

It still wasn't shipped to this day and it's been over month then they mentioned that there person was out on vacation and he will be back on the 28th Oct and everytime they say it will be shipped by a timeframe, it doesn't get shipped. I have been nothing but patient and kind but I needed something urgently and so I requested a refund so they updated the note on my order but no response to my email requesting refund. They do not care about your health as long as they can scam you.

Also on telegram they're quick to help when it comes to making payment but nothing when it comes to refund or shipping.

I will keep you guys posted and update you guys on my case.

I still have not received my product, I know that can be due to US shipping issues.

Placed an order and given a tracking number in August 2025 and I am still waiting for the package. Tracking number still has it in Russia. I feel like I was scammed and will never get the package. I know it is not the company that controls the mail but after 8 weeks you would think it would have made it out of Russia.

DIDNT RECIEVE THE PRODUCTS AT ALL. ONE MONTH WAITING

Het voelde als een scam, omdat je (voor onbekend) met je creditcard een stukje bitcoin moet kopen waarmee je het bedrijf betaalt. Het is een grijs gebied, maar vooralsnog voor mij de enige manier om aan medicatie te komen die ik in Nederland niet voorgeschreven kan krijgen.
Ik heb nu drie keer bij ze besteld en het is drie keer goed gegaan. Het is wel spannend of de pakketjes de douane passeren, dus ik houd er rekening mee dat het een keer fout kan gaan. Het transport duurde bij mij alle keren ongeveer een maand.

While my initial experience with this company was disappointing — my parcels were returned by customs — I want to share my positive feedback. I left a negative review because I was sceptical about receiving my order. However, the company went above and beyond by resending my medications. Initially, I thought it would be futile given the current political climate between the UK and Russia. To my surprise, after two months of waiting, I received everything I ordered, and it all looks legitimate and fresh. I appreciate their efforts in difficult circumstances. I hope that the situation improves, as the sanctions affect many ordinary people who are just trying to meet their basic needs. Thank you for your support!

P.S. Over the past two months, I placed an order for the same items from another shop in India, and I received them within a week. While the delays were frustrating, I believe the Ru-Pills team is trustworthy; the issues seem to have been mostly due to customs. I appreciate their efforts.
