I will describe my case thoroughly. On the 29th of December 2025 I made an order.
On the 22nd of January 2026 order arrived at Irish custom. To my suprise the sender didn't add correct custom declaration for items I ordered therefore the package didn't clear the custom. Now since Ireland doesn't ship anything back to Ireland my parcel stuck at Irish custom.
After several emails rupills just stopped answering my emails to solve the issue. It was not my fault and they apparently not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes.
It is sad that they treat their loyal customers this way..

Brain enhancement order to Europe
Ordered a 100 euro order in early January which was stalled due to newest Russian Post customs regulations and I was really scared it wouldn't come. I am in Croatia and even though Russian packages would be probably scanned by customs it passed through. The package came in early February and it passed nicely :)
I am really happy with customer service and discussion over telegram. I made a new order immediately as well.

The package with the goods was sent but was detained at customs. I contacted the seller but he is not responding. My package was returned to the sender in Russia by customs because the import of medicines into the EU is prohibited.

Importing EU medicines is not prohibited! We send dozens of parcels daily to all EU countries.

According to the tracking information, delivery to Canada failed with the status “Failed delivery attempt: Incorrect/unreadable/incomplete address” in the M4M postal code area, which means the carrier marked the address as incomplete or unreadable and was unable to complete the delivery. Unfortunately, once a parcel has been handed over to the postal service, the sender has no technical ability to change or add anything to the address: under Canada Post rules, address corrections after mailing are not allowed, and in the case of an “incorrect/incomplete address”, the item is usually returned to the sender. In such cases, the only way to ensure successful delivery is for the recipient’s address to be correctly and fully indicated on the label from the very beginning, including full street details, apartment/unit number, and postal code. We always print the address exactly as it was entered when placing the order.

I've been looking for specific medicine from Russia for a very long time now. I could not order it from anywhere, neither did it get shipped by friends from Russia...
Yes, the delivery took some time - a month to reach Bulgaria but at least I knew it was coming and it came.
Actually, everything from outside the EU comes slowly....
So, I am thankful to Ru-pills who helped me finally have my medicine!

Legally impossible delivery to EU will cost you money without getting the product
I naively assumed that the negative reviews here mostly concerned deliveries to the US and that shipping to Europe would not be an issue. Unfortunately, I have since learned firsthand that this assumption was wrong.
The product I ordered was shipped from Russia to the EU and was officially rejected by customs following a regulatory decision. As a result, the shipment could not be delivered and was returned to the sender. No refund was offered.
Payment via cryptocurrency should have been my first warning sign. It effectively leaves the customer without any real leverage in case something goes wrong. The terms and conditions are written in a way that places all responsibility on the buyer, even in situations where delivery becomes legally impossible.
From a customer perspective, this means that you can pay for both the product and shipping, never receive the goods, and still lose the full amount.
I am sharing this experience as a warning to other EU customers so they can make an informed decision before ordering.
