Thank you for your feedback. We checked your order, and it was placed on a Friday and processed within a normal preparation window. It was initially prepared for shipment the same day with one courier, but due to an unexpected pickup issue on their side, they were unable to collect the parcel. We then quickly reprocessed the shipment with another courier, and it was sent out on Wednesday, 3 business days after the order was first placed, and delivered the very next day.
We understand it can feel like a long wait, but the order was handled as quickly as possible within normal processing times, especially with the courier complication. If you ever have questions about an order, we’re always happy to assist.

I found this website by mistake one night and boy. I am glad I did. For all the Americans out there I’m gonna let you in on a secret, and in my opinion is undoubtably the greatest services and the only reason I decided to purchase my first RTI Mora , my Third and Now my 4th and If you are interested in owning an RTI arms rifle but you’re hung up on the price, RTI arms.shop has something that no business in America has and in my opinion sucks for them. Unlike America, where anytime you want to finance something or put it on a payment plan you’re forced to provide your Social Security number and pass somebody’s so-called credit check! “NOT HERE” :) Split It takes the dollar amount of whatever you decide to buy at RTI arms.shop and divide it into six equal payments! No credit app, no paper work to fill out, no hassle or stress!! the day you purchase your RTI Mora , under the split it program will cost you $438 upfront and for the next five months you will get charged to your credit card $438 each month. I can afford that, i would’ve never been able to own the greatest air rifle on the planet, but RTI Arms.Shop has this program and this is my second RTI Mora under the split program and it seamless there’s no hassle. There’s no link your bank account and we’ll think about it , there’s no credit check. There’s no denial, you go on the website. You pick out the gun of your dreams. You have a credit card with an available limit, which is equal to or greater than the dollar amount you are trying to purchase and you click by now and the payment selection you choose split it and it’s a simple as that. your new rifle, scope whatever it gets shipped from Spain and it takes about seven days due to customs and tariffs and what not. But if you can have a little patience, owning an RTI arms rifle is not a dream anymore. It’s a possibility for all of you who thought i like I did. There isn’t a place in America that has something so amazing and it’s a shame I live 10 minutes from air guns of Arizona. I bought an RTI Mora from them as well and 2900 vs 438. Which one would you do. I love this Shop. I love RTI Arms (Rok). Get online and pick out the gun you’ve been wanting Click on Split it and Thank me Later

Smile at a stranger
The hammer on my prophet1 broke. It had worked many many thousands of times before so fair enough. Nothing lasts forever. The replacement hammer arrived in good time. It was easy to order. I thought that it was expensive but I'm old so Everything seems expensive these days. My Prophet shoots again, Joy!

ZAN slugs
I have ordered and paid ab 50 Euró for some boxes of slugs. I received a coupon after my previous order and I used it for that order. My order was on 2nd of October. Finally, I received the slugs today 20 November 2025. The reason of delay was stock management. I am happy because I received slugs and a present from Wolfiek Group.

Barrel installation tool
Still waiting for the installation tool was meant to be delivered on the 22nd of September, I personally don't think it is RTI's fault every time I go on parcel tracker it says the parcel is still in Barcelona, I have had other products from RTI and delivery has been spot on .
