Misunderstanding in the order but resolved in a proffesional way
I rehauled my review as RSSC contacted me, found out about the issue and sent me my glasses with the opticlip. Clothes were amazing and in very low price. Already tested the clothes in my 100k ride in warm conditions and they perform perfect.

It's been 22 days, my package still hasn't arrived, I emailed them, so far no response. The kit was supposed to be a birthday gift, that's why I ordered it almost a month in advance. In conclusion, a terrible experience, do not recommend.

poor quality, no refund... So don't buy here.
Bought a set for my racing bike. Really bad fit, I usually get away with just ordering size L or buying it in the store. But this club thinks I'm really fat and really short. The pants are just way too wide and the suspenders way too short/tight.
In addition, the stripe pattern, which looked so tight on the website, doesn't go through at all. It's all randomly stitched together, doesn't look good.
So return it? Forget it, that's only possible if you send it yourself to some shady address in Hong Kong... with the risk that it won't arrive (just read other reviews). Then you've sent something that costs 50 euros for 25 euros and you still don't get your money back...
No more Chinese shit for me. Lesson learned.

Buenas tardes me llamo Omar Techera…no recomiendo para nada a esta gente, son de los más ladrones les compré unas mediad y un mayon…desde diciembre, a estas horas todavía no me ha llegado nada…mi esposa y yo le hemos escrito en numerosas veces, nos dicen que no tienen mi dirección y otras estupideces , resulta que ya había comprado cosas anteriormente y esas me llegaron …entonces como no tienen mi dirección?.,,después que por el año chino…no le compren nada son unos ladrones….lo que me enviaron anteriormente las tallas mucho más pequeñas de lo normal o sea una cagada frita…por favor tómenlo en cuenta no son serios

Warning. Stay away from RSSC
Warning. Do not buy Cycling clothes from RSSC. Cushioning in BIB is totally useless (bought 3) Zippers on all jerseys (I bought 3) are useless. Very hard to zip/unzip. The socks are OK, but reslly low quality. The customer service is arrogant. No answer and refuse to accept my returns.
STAY AWAY from RSSC Cycling clothes. Siroko is a better choice on a budget

Very nice sets....
Ordered some Jerseys 3rd April and received them on 17th April, really don't think this was too bad to be honest. The quality of the tops is very good but i would say they do come up small so size up by one at least. Overall no complaints though.

Not GDPR compliant.
Recently have been receiving unsolicited commercial spam from this company. Contacted to ask about their GDPR policy and why this has been happening. Received a link to their "returns" policy which isn't very helpful.
edit: I contacted support prior to writing this review and that turned out to be a complete waste of time. I was told you do not have a GDPR policy, only a returns policy. I asked for a follow up but tomorrow will be 2 full weeks without a response. I raised a formal complaint with your email provider who has sorted things out.

I ordered my size per their sizing…
I ordered my size per their sizing chart. I actually sized up one size in case sizing was small. I liked the cycling clothes and design was nice for price BUT the sizing is very inaccurate. I would need to size up 3 sizes so apparel would fit. I emailed RSSC Sports and they were nice but informed me I would need to pay shipping cost to Hong Kong. Second email said they would send me larger sizes but I need to pay $40 shipping cost and could keep the cycling clothes I received that did not fit. While this is a nice option, I am not sure the next selection will fit and then out another $40. What to do chance it and spend $40? I know I will not use this company again but they really need to get women's sizing chart right. Shipping takes about 3-4 weeks to arrive.

Terrible Chinese company to deal with.
I ordered two kits and socks from this company. I ordered the kits in Large. It took a while to get my products. Probably close to a month. The kits came in small of which I would never order. Contacted the company and they wanted me to keep the Items and they would give me a discount. I Wanted the kits exchanged. After a couple more emails they finally agreed to exchange. they sent me a some ungodly address to send it to in China. The address was so long I couldn't make heads nor tails of it. By this time I was so irritated I decided I wouldn't send the items back and I would take the loss. Terrible experience. The second Chinese Cycling company I've had a terrible experience with .

Really bad experience with this store. I bought some products and they arrived home perfect the first time. Second time very bad...I never received the items bought... last email said A shipment from order #RS7824 is on the way from february 17, 2025 and I did not received the products neither the the money back...do not trust in these people

The quality of the t-shirts is good for the price. The delivery took around two weeks, but that wasn’t an issue for me. Overall, I rate the shopping experience highly. No worries at all. My size met my expectations—2X fit me perfectly.
