I'm a bit disappointed with my recent…
I'm a bit disappointed with my recent experience with RSSCSports. This is my second time purchasing from them, and while my first order went smoothly, this time it's taken much longer for them to process and dispatch my items. I haven’t received any updates regarding the status of my order, and I had to reach out myself and wait a few more days before getting a response.
I hope they can improve their communication and turnaround time moving forward, especially for returning customers.
Update:
So I received my orders, but the jersey looks different. The colours appears a whole lot different from the vibrant design shown in the advertisements. It gives off an aged look, which wasn’t what I expected. Additionally, the sizing seems inconsistent. I ordered the same size as a previous purchase, but this one fits noticeably smaller. I hope future products better reflect the advertised visuals and maintain consistent sizing standards.

Very unhappy
Very unhappy! I used their size guide and sized up but the two cycling jerseys I got were far too small. So small I could barley do them up. I have tried over and over again to contact 'support@' but after many emails have had no reply. All I want is an exchange for a larger size. Will never use again!

Great outfits and an amazing customer service
One of my best shopping experience ever. I first ordered a couple of cycling kits for me and my wife (Colorful Sugar Skulls for both of us). The quality is good value for money very good and the looks incredible . Collegues at work just love it! I ordered more and made a special design for my wife's birthday. The customer service has been helpful and very reactive to help me create exactly what I desired... Another good experience! A couple of weeks ago, we ordered the same outfit with some friends for a cycling week-end at "le Mont Ventoux". The "rssc team" did the impossible: jerseys ordered the 14th of september, delivered in France on the 23rd! The 27th of september we had an incredible time on the Ventoux with our 3D green muscle jerseys.
Sizes a bit small, if you're between M and L like myself, definitely go for the L!!

Best kits going
I have tried all different types and makes of cycling kits. I'm a big guy, and none are as comfortable for me as RSSC. Hands down the most comfortable bibs for longer rides.

Inferior Product, Poor Service & No Refund
The product I purchased from RSSC Sport was of inferior quality and not fit for purpose. The design is distorted co no ates to the image they portray in their webpage.
The return process was made unnecessarily difficult, with reluctance and interrogation over why I was returning the item. They make it seem it is more costly to return them to actually keep the product.
It’s disappointing that RSSC Sport are so quick to take payment, but so slow to communicate or process refunds. Both the product quality and the customer service have been extremely poor. Shop US Products or trusted international companies that have a presence in the US.

The quality of the gear is pretty…
The quality of the gear is pretty amazing for the price. As others have commented, the sizes run pretty small. In cycling gear I usually order a large and it typically fits well enough. A large from RSSC was very tight on me. But, their customer service was absolutely top notch on getting everything resolved quickly.

Jersey sizes run small but Customer Service is GREAT!
Double check their sizing chart and compare your actual body measurements with the chart. The listed S, M, XL, sizes are actually much smaller than standard US sizes. Also, I discovered a problem with the size label printed on the jerseys. Customer service corrected the problem and sent a replacement jersey.

Do NOT Buy from RSSCSports!!!!!
Under NO circumstances should you buy from this firm. Scam artists. I ordered two XXL bike jerseys from them and they are so small I'd have to lose 40 lbs to fit them. I've purchased XXL bike jerseys from both Trek and Pearl Izumi, and they all fit perfectly.

Spedizione decisamente rapida, i completini sono arrivati in circa 10gg. Le taglie erano corrette e bisogna dire che non avendo una parte di tessuto elasticizzato all'interno si devono misurare per bene altrimenti il rischio di non avere una buona vestibilità è alto. Il completino è di fascia economica ma vale tutti i soldi pagati. Il vero difetto è che hanno i fondelli da uomo messi anche sui completini da donna e questo è un particolare non da poco e che l'azienda deve rivedere. Inoltre non so se i fondelli siano realmente della Elastic Interface, sono pesanti e duri, scomodi nelle lunghe uscite, ed esattamente l'opposto di quelli che ho avuto.

I ordered my kit via a Facebook add. The sizing runs a bit small, so when I needed a size larger I contacted Rssc Sports. They quickly sent me the next size larger and only changed me the shipping cost.

Rsscsports have been so helpful
Rsscsports have been so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. There was a problem with my local delivery company Evri & they returned my package back but after messaging Rsscsports they resent it & I reviewed it a few days ago.
Very pleased with the quality & fit that I got, they fit perfectly.

From Disappointment to Absolute Satisfaction
I have to be honest. My initial experience with Rsscsports didn't go well. The jersey didn't live up to my expectations. So why would I give them a 5? Because when I let them know of my dissatisfaction they earned my respect and business. Their communication was exceptional and you could tell they were really bothered by my experience. They worked with me to make things right and boy did they! As I always say "Stuff happens. It's how you deal with the stuff that separates you." Rsscsports could have lost me forever, but their diligence, professionalism and willingness to be honest with me, earned themselves an ongoing customer - as evidenced by the fact that myself and friends just placed an order for 7 jerseys! Modtog pakken inden for 10 dage. Det var ok. Produktet var afsendt fra Kina.
Taskerne til cykelstyret havde dog kun svage ligheder med det produkt der var vist på foto i produktbeskrivelsen. Det er ganske enkelt et ubrugeligt produkt som jeg kan smide ud. Dårlig kvalitet og umuligt design. Beklageligt at det kan betale dig at snyde sin kunder.

I placed an order for the Pellegrino kit and needed to change the bib size. The communication was first class and my kit arrived rather quickly ( to Perth Australia)
