Pleasant experience. I was a bit sceptical at first given my car is an hybrid vehicle. The Technician was professional and treated my vehicle with care. Dash cam and car works as it should. I Would highly recommend this outfit for Dash cam installations.

Ryan was very prompt and carefully checked the previous install.
Found the issue immediately but still did a thorough check.
Very happy to have my dashcam working again and Ryan is a very personable man and a credit to your company.

After a hiccup a slight change in dates, the engineer arrived at the time he estimated correctly. Got on with the instal and just over an hour later all done. So convenient to have this done on my drive, no travelling to a workshop or garage. He was very polite and after he installed the dashcams he went through everything with me. Very pleased overall. Excellent service. Thank you.

This man openly advertises on his social
Media page that he is a regional manager for your business. If your business supports employees like this then they should be ashamed! Who the hell does this guy think he is?

Great service - great engineers and reasonable price.

Booking was straightforward, and staff very helpful when I had to change the date. Pleased to get a cancellation. Kept fully informed about appointment and engineer rang me 40 minutes before arrival.
He was very efficient, pleasant and quick doing the installation. Talked me through setting up my phone too. Very pleased with the job.

Kept up to date with fitting timings. Mark the fitter was absolutely amazing. Explained all about the law and where it has to be placed on the windscreen. Plus I had a rear window one fitted. Was very clean and tidy. A very professional job done and I am so pleased. Everything fitted legally and wiring safe. Thank you so much and I absolutely recommend this company and of course Mark. Two guys came in a company named van. Both very smart.
They told me how long it may take to hardwire my front and rear cameras.
I was very impressed how long it took.
They explained how to set it up.
My car looked untouched.
They left the car how they found it.

Firstly, brilliant communication prior to installation. Charlotte responded to my emails quickly and clearly. Secondly, an engineer arrived on time, having called me beforehand. And thirdly - very fast and tidy installation. I am very happy and highly recommend RS Connect.

Very professional. Front and rear dashcam fitted neatly, sited in good position. Car left neat and tidy. Would use this service again.

Booked my car in to have a front and rear dash camera fitted. Had a message from them the next day saying they could fit me in a week earlier which was great.
They give you a morning or afternoon slot and then on the day send a message with the exact time.
Engineer turned up on time and made a fantastic job of fitting the cameras. All cables hidden away behind the trim and didn't take long to complete the job.
Also very friendly and helpful, would definitely use them again.

The fitter showed little experience in fitting the dash cam, the kit I purchased to hard wire the cam into the car he said was not correct but open messed around with it meaning that it could not be returned, if miss informed that the dash cam should unplug when car not running. He didn’t even know the location of the car battery and to complete the very poor service he left his rubbish including dirty gloves in the box in the boot.

Not your fault but as I didn’t have the rear camera cable .The rear camera could not be fitted.
It’s a week now and the front camera has fallen off 3 times. The sticky pad doesn’t adhere to the plastic mount but stays on the glass.
Found it impossible to get to talk a person, as the AI system was not able to answer my specific problem

The company kept me informed from beginning to end and were very accommodating to my schedule. The engineer arrived on time (and let me know when he was coming). He was polite, friendly and very efficient. All in all I feel it was excellent service and I would both recommend and use them again in the future.

When I phone up to book the appointment it was so easy to find a date and time that worked for me. The gentleman turned up very promptly. I gave him the camera and bits he asked if I wanted the parking sensor on the camera activated. It was all done very quickly and professionally.

Easy booking service very polite and helpful and knowledgeable, Saturday before appointment text message received saying I'd got a morning slot ,Monday morning another message saying jon would be with me by 08.45 was bang on time an hour half later all done very neat and tidy job done just what you need from a company no hassle and do what they say they'll do thankyou
