Royal Routes UK Anmeldelser

The agent Clara, was very patient and helpful, she did her best to ensure I hot the perfect holiday, I had wanted. When I wasn't satisfied with the dates and flight tines, she took time to go through them and ensure I got the correct and best deal. Her responses were quick ,and she is knowledgeable about what she is doing. The whole process was easy, I won't hesitate to book another holiday and would certainly recommend this company for anyone who wants a decent holiday.

Nora was extremely helpful from the minute we booked to go to Krakow . She helped us with the checking in process as we were having problems with that . Our organised tour to Auschwitz went ahead smoothly without any hitches and she even checked in with us whilst we were in Krakow

Dexter was brilliant very fast with his response and extremely good value for money, Would highly recommend this company

Had a great experience with Dexter, helped me find the perfect holiday.

Very helpful and quick . Nora able to help me various dates checking and giving best quotes

Not booked anywhere yet but Dexter was very efficient, courteous and helpful and would be my first choice next year to arrange a holiday.

Very informative and helpful in taking me through possible travel arrangements and around the airport schedules to suit my travel plans. I will most likely be back in touch soon and be looking for similar destinations for not only myself but with my daughter to accompany me.

Dexter was super helpful and very quick to respond to messages.
Thank you for all your help

I just wanna compliment on Nora and to say she was very kind and very helpful.

Dexter was very helpful with my enquiry and built an ideal trip

Recently booked with Royal Routes to go to Disneyland Paris for Halloween.
Booking was simple and took the stress out of organising the holiday. Quickly received tickets for flights and entry.
Everything simple and straightforward, small misunderstanding with an extra payment but was quickly sorted by Nora and refund was received before the holiday!

Had a wonderful time in Disneyland, hotel was great and we had truly magical holiday with no worries thanks to Nora and all the staff at Royal Routes!

Already planning our next holiday with them.
Thank you!

Dexter was absolutely fabulous getting me the holiday I wanted and had great patience as I kept coming back will more and more requests to get me the best deal .
Fabulous service. Would highly recommend.

The attention to detail, the ability at short notice to rearrange routes and offer alternatives. Dexter helped me to find what I wanted and when I wanted it.

I was very impressed with how supportive Dexter and the team were when booking my family holiday to Disneyland. It was a worry for me as I found them on FB and was worried when I paid my money but it was all booked and we had the best time.
The only downfall I would say was the extortionist cost of changing a name on the holiday 2 weeks before we went which was £420!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’ve had such a great experience booking with Nora! She’s been an amazing agent always so friendly, helpful, and patient. It’s really easy to book holidays with them, and they offer such a wide range of lovely options to choose from.

What I really appreciate is how quickly they reply and how they always take the time to answer all my questions, no matter how small. Everything feels smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

I would definitely recommend Nora and the team to anyone looking to book their next holiday truly excellent service and a pleasure to deal with every time!

She answered all of my questions. And eased any anxieties I had. She took time out to make me fully understand any worries I had.

The company are very reliable, trustworthy and loyal. And I would definitely be using them again in the future.
