Royal Routes UK Anmeldelser

Clara has been fantastic me with my holiday requests. Highly recommend and lovely that there is no pressure and nothing to much for her to help with.

Simon was very attentive, efficient with his responses and honest with his recommendations. Excellent service from start to finish.

I enquired for a quote for Disneyland Paris. The advisors name was Trevo who was brilliant. Nothing was a bother even through I keep changing what I was looking for. Very good at responding to my messages Have everything booked now hotel, flights and passes. Would definitely book with this company again. Also done a price match which was amazing.

I've just made my first booking with Royal Routes and have been very impressed with the service I received from Dexter. The ability to have a WhatsApp conversation is a huge benefit - everything is in writing, there's no misunderstanding, and you can go back and review what was recommended, and forward on messages to other passengers in our group. Dexter really took the time to find out about our group and made suggestions with our needs in mind. We are three generations travelling together and Dexter made thoughtful suggestions about locations and hotel options to ensure everything was suitable for the 11 year old and the 82 year old! Dexter also suggested adding South Korea into our itinerary, which not only gave us better and more cost effective flights, but also gives us that additional travel experience during our 14-day itinerary. I'd never heard of Royal Routes before but I've been extremely impressed and would definitely look to book with them again.

Very helpful and efficient, managed to get excatly what I was looking for, very polite and efficient. Sadly were not in a position to commit right now, however I will definitely use this service if our circumstances shall change.

Hazel from Royal Routes UK has been incredibly helpful & friendly (& patient!) in helping me make sense of all-things Disneyland (which can be very overwhelming). She has helped us find the right trip to celebrate our son’s bday. Thank you so much Hazel - we’ll be in touch again for sure!
