Ordered ten days ago, still not arrived. Estimated delivery time was three days and no warning at time of purchase that it would be shipped from Europe. Avoid.

Swimsuit very uncomfortable with prolonged wear. Legs ride up at the front and rub, as do thick and bulky seams on the inside. For the price, I'm very disappointed.

I would never buy from again it took…

I would never buy from again it took them 3 weeks to dispatch my orders no one answered my customer service questions they said it will be with me in 7-10 days and it wasn’t like it was a cheap order aswell i needed for the week after and it still didn’t turn up really unimpressed so I will be sending back everything!!

I would have to agree with these comments I absolutely LOVE roxy but their customer service is terrible all automated replies delivery is awful they blame brexit and covid but that’s rubbish ! V disappointed

I would've given 0 star to ROXY

I would've given 0 star to ROXY. The customer experience is an absolute nightmare! Have waited for 4 weeks for the original parcel to arrive. The parcel arrived with an invalid return label, and the return instruction is barely found in their website. Contacted them for several times via their websites got 0 response. Finally took the returned parcel to Royal Mail but I have to pay for the postage which should've been free as ROXY claims in their website.
The returned parcel was sent 4 weeks ago with the proof of delivery signature signed for 2 weeks without any sign of the refund. Contacted them again via website, being ignored completely. Contacted them again via their FB/IG pages, no response. It's such an awful experience. I have never got this kind of poor service in any of my past purchases from other brands. ROXY, YOU SUCK!

Purchased an item which was faulty

Purchased an item which was faulty. The request for a return has not been acknowledged and they are not responding to emails.

Eventually got a refund after commenting several times under their posts on social media. They seem to only respond to public posts and ignore emails.

Had to tweet to get a refund

Still haven't gotten a refund, still haven't gotten a reply to my multiple emails asking where it's at. I sent the items back 3 weeks ago, which should have been free but nope, paid £26 for that. I would NOT recommend buying from their online store... Not to mention the items took a month to arrive in the first place. What a mess...
UPDATE: I tweeted them and they answered within an hour and that same night GOT MY REFUND! If you're in my situation I recommend tweeting them (even if you have no account like myself, make one) :)

I would give 0 if I could

I would give 0 if I could, ordered a back pack and hat in January, the hat was then refunded as out of stock. I emailed ROXY to cancel whole order which was ignored and back pack sent out! I waited and waited and waited, no sign of it, sent numerous emails to only receive automated replies about delays. Eventually in March I got a DPD notice that it was on its way! Then it hit stuck at Birmingham depot, more ignored emails so I raised a PayPal dispute. I rang DPD to be told they were sending it back to ROXY in Belgium as there was no invoice and despite several requests no reply from ROXY! Arghh PayPal then ruled in my favour and I eventually got the £27 refunded in April!
So disappointed and I will NEVER purchase from ROXY again, now I can’t stop the emails or delete my account as after several unsubscribes later the emails keep coming...I am now about to block them! Very disappointing as they were previously my favourite Snowwear brand !!

No Free delivery or returns

Where to start ..... I ordered 2 pairs of boots as they were on offer and i wasn't sure which size would be the best fit. All their promotions said 'free delivery' and 'free returns'. I checked this and i couldn't see that i wouldn't be able to get it delivered or returned for free. However, I did have to pay for delivery £3.95. Fine, i probably didn't meet the threshold. So i paid to have the delivered.

Maybe 3 weeks later (they were later than expected, but i was ok with this) they came. I knew straight away that they weren't for me and decided that I'd send them back. So i put them back in the packaging and sealed it up and then added the sticker to the box to then see that it wasn't paid postage. I was furious. I sent a quick message of complaint and then came on Trustpilot only to discover even more bad news.

Anyway, it cost me £10.30 to return the boots back to a warehouse less than 10 miles away (if i could of delivered them in person i would have). Then I waited. And waited. And waited for my refund.

I sent weekly emails politely asking to look into my refund. I often got replies, but then when i went into detail, i never heard back. It took over a month of messages to finally get a refund.

This shouldn't be the case. Whats going on with Roxy???!! Why are they not on here helping their customers out.

I will NEVER buy from them again. The brand has be tainted now and I will never support them. It just leaves me with a bad feeling.

I’d give 0 stars to Roxy if I could

I’d give 0 stars to Roxy if I could. I ordered two snow jackets from Roxy in February. It took weeks before I received my order and the jackets ended up being too big for me. I had to return both jackets and according to tracking my return arrived weeks ago. However, I haven’t received any confirmation e-mail for the arrival of my returns and no information about the refund. :( I have e-mailed them several times without a response. I highly recommend not ordering anything from Roxy ever again and I wish I had read all these reviews before ordering. Roxy is the worst company and robbing customers, please avoid it at any cost.

Customer Service is poor - tweet them!

Took 4 weeks for them to acknowledge they had received my refund order back. I emailed several times with no reply.
In the end I publicly tweeted them and straight away I heard from them and they offered me the refund. Let's hope it takes 3 days like they said.
I would be wary ordering with them and definitely pay on credit card so you're protected.
Update - They took 3 days to issue refund.
My advise - use twitter!

Awful customer service. Stay Away! Do not buy!!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews. I ordered a coat and then had to return as it was too big. I paid for the postage to them and then have been waiting and waiting for a refund. I have called and emailed but nothing in response and no refund. I've lost £90. I'll be having to try and put a dispute in with Paypal like another customer has suggested below. Any other advice in getting my money back is much appreciated!

Deserves 0 stars.....

It's a shame you can't give this company 0 stars - same experience as others I think. 4 weeks for order to arrive - send straight back (paid to do that as they do not make it clear you can get a free return) - chased and chased, given am email response that said there were delays due to Brexit (even though the return address is UK) - 6 weeks later I was told the refund was happening and to allow 3 days - a week later but still no refund! Awful awful service, will never order again. Looks like I am going to have put a paypal claim in to get my money returned. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Wish I had read these reviews!

I waited weeks for my order to arrive, which was too late so I returned. I received no confirmation from them that this had been returned. They would not respond to emails, or phone calls and the call would be automatically cut off after being on the line. Had to start a dispute on PayPal in order to obtain a refund. Disgusting customer service, never buying again.

I absolutely love the Roxy brand

I absolutely love the Roxy brand, and have been wearing their clothes and wetsuits for years. HOWEVER, the company customer service is terrible!! I waited over 6 weeks for a coat that I'd paid extra for quick shipping. Numerous e mails went unanswered and the phone just rings out. I finally got a response by using Facebook (it's laughable that I got a 'Top Fan' badge for making so many comments in an attempt to get answers). Turns out Roxy UK is based in Belgium, and Brexit has really delayed deliveries (a fake DPD tracking number really didn't help your case Roxy CS). Luckily the coat fits and I love it, as returns seem as stressful as delivery. If you're UK based and want to buy their stuff, which really is generally top quality, I'd go for surfdome or similar as their customer service is top notch!

Awful...

Awful.... in the same boat as everyone and I'm lost for words. Cannot get hold of anyone with regard to my refund. A company this big should be awesome at their customer service not the worst in history.
I will never purchase from them ever again.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company online in regards to obtaining a refund on an order, for hundreds of pounds, & their customer service. I’m not even guna waste my time & energy on them explaining the whole saga, but I will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered !the same as all the other reviews ,waiting for refund after 6 weeks no personal communication all automated and you can't speak to anyone in customer services as it just cuts you off .Now trying to claim via dispute with my bank .At least 6 emails sent, no confirmation that they even have my returns .Will never order again and will not recommend to anyone .

Roxy is the worst company I have ever…

Roxy is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I still haven’t received a refund from a return I sent in January. I made another order in February that I haven’t received and they don’t answer emails or answer the phone. They don’t respond on social media even though they are posting new lines of clothing. AVOID Roxy at all costs. It’s such a shame as they used to be my favourite brand .
