I would not recommend this app.

Firstly, the practice routes are simply not accurate. I personally learnt 5 to 6 test routes around the Peterborough test centre with experienced driving instructors and even driving examiners. None of those routes were included in this app, so it was not representative of the actual driving test experience.

Secondly, the navigation is extremely poor and, in my opinion, unsafe for learner drivers. On several occasions, the map would show one exit on a roundabout while the voice instruction would tell me to take a completely different exit, for example, showing the 2nd exit but instructing me to take the 4th. This creates unnecessary confusion and could easily lead to a dangerous situation or even an accident.

Another major issue is that if you encounter a road closure or have to deviate from the route, the app does not recalculate your route like a proper navigation app. Instead, it keeps trying to force you back to the original route, leaving you stuck in a loop rather than guiding you safely to continue.

I also had an issue with the subscription. I signed up because I was offered a discounted monthly price, but after setting up a direct debit, I was charged a higher amount in the second month without any clear explanation. That was very disappointing.

Overall, this app was disappointing and unreliable. I expected accurate practice routes, dependable navigation, and transparent billing, but unfortunately it failed on all three.

Be aware that once you buy the subscription, even you use it for 1 week, they will charge you every month, i did not realize when i was placing order, it looks like that the price is for 1 month but they charge every month. when they charged me second time, i contacted them straight away within 1 hour that my test date as passed, they will no issue you a refund.

I am not happy with the customer service at all.

Been using it for a couple of weeks and already feel way more comfotable with the test routes. I’d love to see more detailed info on each test centre’s route, but still recommend.

This company is a joke

Worst route app. subscribed for a month and couldn’t use the app cos it says I need to start from the centre and when I did it kept redirecting back to the centre.
Loads of dead ends.

The activation pierced process is a joke and the routes are so out of date or is unreal.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I signed up via the web, £29.99 for 6 mths with promises of up to date DVSA routes. It took several emails to the support team to get my account activated 2 days later.
The routes for Worcester, UK are out of date - dead ends, industrial estate road changed and blocked, roundabout exit at the 5th exit when only 3 exits available and directions to enter a car park via a roundabout that was removed 3 years ago!
Overall not worth the money, routes are out of date and obviously the app relies on others adding to site.
I'd like a refund but customers support not helping.

they will intentionally take your money everytime, i cancelled the subscription and they said subscription cancelled successfully only for me to notice they had taken money out of my account three times. i have reported this to my bank and will be getting my money back.

Just thought I'd drop a quick review as no-one else has flagged this company/app.
Made the mistake of giving them a month subscription before fully checking them out. It's only £12.99, so I thought worth it before my daughter's driving test in a couple of weeks.
However the email arrived to activate my account, and the link in it was flagged by Malwarebytes for Riskware. I didn't want to proceed futher, obviously, so have not been able to use it.
And then I checked out the app on the Play store, and it's got a 1 star rating from all the reviews. So consider that before you give this guy any money.

Incidentally the credit card charge came from a company called NEW DRIVER PROGRAMME LTD - and they are on Trustpilot. The reviews there are a mix of five star reviews eulogising about them, and one star reviews screaming Scam!

Come on Alan Baker and Benjamin Paul Robinson, if you're going to leave fake reviews on your own company, sprinkle in a few less than five star ones, otherwise it makes it so obvious that they're fake.
