Round Wood of Mayfield Anmeldelser

Purchased a good quality plinth for a Garden Sculpture through Round Wood, the whole experience from start to finish was first class. Becca took photos and a video of the various Plinth's that were available so we could choose the one we wanted. Ordering and payment was very straight forward, item arrived 48 hours later on a secure pallet. Highly recommended.

Item arrived very quickly-3 days after ordering and it was as seen. I like the rust nature of my fire pit. It is the right size for my garden.

Efficient service.

Absolutely gorgeous pot delivered very promptly

I bought an oak wine barrel: the quality of the item was superb. Ordering was easy, the service was absolutely brilliant. Barrel arrived safely, securely and in excellent condition. The delivery company, Palletize, were equally excellent, giving full delivery details online. I highly regard Round Wood for the quality of both product and service and therefore highly recommend them.

Great service, good quality products and very polite and knowledgeable when answering questions about the product I purchased!

The planters we purchased are excellent and a lot cheaper than we had looked at elsewhere. I would certainly return to make more purchases.

Ordered on a Monday received confirmation it was being packed (3 large pots) received a phone call on the following Wednesday but no message left then assumed it was the courier, then the same number called the day after a company based in Chesterfield who confirmed delivery this coming Monday.
One week to get 3 pots to Doncaster at a cost of £95 utter rip off
Hoping when they arrive there not damaged

Over and above in terms of helpfulness and responsiveness, many thanks. Also loved the product, a waterbowl and stand. Carefully wrapped and promptly delivered

I’m absolutely delighted with my order. I purchased 10 pots, and the quality is fantastic—they’re beautifully made, sturdy, and exactly what I was hoping for.

Unfortunately, two of the pots arrived damaged in transit. I contacted the team, sent over a few photos, and they immediately arranged replacements at no cost to me. The replacement pots arrived in perfect condition, and the whole process was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free.

It’s rare to find customer service this good these days, and it really made all the difference.

I can’t wait to see my flowers blooming in these beautiful pots, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again in the future. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really good quality product, telephone call to agree delivery date and delivery when said it would be, by polite and friendly driver

Fantastic range of pots and excellent customer service. From placing my order (I asked for a last minute addition) to liaising with the company to organise a replacement for one of the pots due to a manufacturing fault, staff were extremely helpful (online and over the phone) and quickly resolved the issue by arranging a replacement. Delivery was smooth and well communicated. Ordering large items can feel daunting (especially considering the cost of delivery and logistics of delivery) but I couldn't rate this company more highly for its friendly and professional service, and of course, for the beautiful pots too. Thank you!

I bought an Angkor Green Mist egg pot (Product Code: P-001022). The pot was listed with an incorrect height on the website so was too small for the plant I'd intended to put in it. I emailed customer services and they corrected the website and offered to send the next size up free of charge. This is excellent customer service and I would definitely buy from them again even though the original pot was too small.

Thank you Marta for helping us out with a small glitch….. we are very pleased with our floor and the whole customer experience at Roundwood was brilliant.
Thank you👍

Dont always purchase pots for planting, sometimes they just add structure to the garden.

I wanted some terracotta pots for my garden and saw the ones I wanted but called the team regarding a delivery query, cost confirmation and to pay over the phone. This was handled politely and professionally and I have just had the pots delivered. Lovely helpful delivery driver, and the pots arrived in perfect condition and are beautiful - thank you to the team all round, I will be back and would highly recommend!

Great item and super fast delivery

We absolutely LOVED our experience at Roundwood - right from the initial browsing visit right the way through to all our items being delivered. Becca was an absolute delight and helped us with all our questions. Tom the delivery manager was a dream - we recorded the access to our property and he made a sound assessment as to what vehicle to send. The 2 gents that delivered our items were so lovely, patient, professional and took great care.

I have bought several pieces from Roundwood. They are always high quality and reasonably priced. The staff are helpful in person and the website is easy to use.
