Great service
I got a call quite late in the day from my daughter's college to inform me of a broken cable at the back of her wheelchair. I didn't think Ross Care would be able to arrange a visit on the same evening. What a great service! The call handler managed to find an engineer within minutes. The engineer Gary Thompson called me prior to the visit to ensure he had the correct parts. On arrival, he assessed the chair and got to work. He was amazing! Not only did he repair the cable, he ordered my daughter a new arm rest which was desperately in need of a replacement. Thank you Gary! Great job!

Sean Taylor from Ross Care's…
Today Sean Taylor from Ross Care's Cornwall branch came to work on a wheelchair for one of our residents. He called us ahead of his arrival to give a definite time. He was extremely patient as we needed to transfer the resident to their bed. He was friendly and helpful, sorted the issue. This isn't the first time that Sean Taylor has attended the home to support with wheelchair servicing. His approach is consistent every time. What a great guy.

The engineer contacted me prior to his arrival with his ETA. He was friendly but professional & explained what he would be doing. Once he completed the job he asked if I was satisfied with the work before leaving. Usual excellent service from ROS Care. Thank you

Dave Porter visited today and delivered a motorised wheelchair for my husband, he demonstrated clearly how to use the chair. He was very patient and showed empathy and understanding trying to make the chair work for him. He also repaired the non powered wheelchair. Thank you Dave.

Excellent customer service by Gary Thompson
Gary Thompson visited to replace the leg straps on my wheelchair and whilst he was here he also adjusted my brakes. He phoned to tell me an approximate time of arrival. He was punctual, polite and courteous and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.Honestly I would highly recommend him and would request Gary Thompson for any future repairs. His customer service skills are outstanding. Please send him my thanks.

Quick ans easy stump board fitting.
The technican Gary Thompson came out to fit a stump broad rest to my wheelchair. The process was quick and easy, and I found Gary to be friendly and well equipped the task.
If you need something sorted I'd say youre in good hands.
