Terrible Company . Called them 9 times in 2 weeks and all promised me a call back to update on cutting our grass that we pay for. No call back so asked to speak to PM or someone in charge !!! Spoke to a PM and promised he would call me back in few hours . 2 days later still no call back . What a shit show of a company. Direct debit cancelled see how long for them to call me back now

I am pleased to report that to date my professional dealings with Jasmine McKenna in regards to manging our rental property located in the Glasgow CBD have all been very positive.

Went on portal and had chat with Rhiannon who was quickly able to deal with my issue. Good experience.

Been dealing with Ross+Liddell for years and can’t fault them. Just recently started communicating with Emma Stevenson, a commercial property manager and she’s been great. Very quick to get back to me with any queries and also just as quick to action any requests.

There was confusion re a replacement smart meter we had arranged at our premises in Glasgow St Enoch's Square factored by Ross & Lidell. Jasmine from R&L made the time to come down and speak with myself and the engineer in attendance and explain all the works that had already been completed and the options to complete our works. So helpful and knowledgeable! Thanks Jasmine!

The experience talking on line was seem less and was promised it would be handled straight away once the information was gathered. This was a roof tile which had broken off. We have a What’s app group chat within the residents and find this excellent in letting everyone know what is going on.

For once dealing with the Chat line and Paige worked very well. The issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently and action taken to resolve the problem. Hopefully the contractor will be just as efficient.

[*update* - I have bumped my score up from 1 to 3 as R&L have been in touch recently and have made considerable efforts to address my concerns and to improve their level of customer service.]
Ross and Liddell were never great but since they switched away from named contacts and made customers use a portal (essential a black hole where your messages go, they promise to follow up and nothing ever happens) the experience has become dismally frustrating and unhelpful. Trying to get a common repair done, or even to just get a progress report on existing work, is well nigh impossible. They don't seem to care.

Your staff member Nicole was most helpful, informative, taking to suggestions and taking action to resolve. This is the 1st time I have Live Chat and it works a treat!! Thank you Nicole
