I’ve used Kirpa from Rosewood and his team for the past 15 years. It’s been great to see the company grow while their service and workmanship remain excellent.

On this occasion, they laid beautiful LVT flooring throughout the ground floor, click flooring in the bedrooms, and carpets on the stairs and landing. They carefully self-levelled the floors over a couple of days and made several trips to complete each stage. The team was friendly, reliable and professional, and the work was completed on time with an excellent finish. They listened to what we wanted and helped us achieve it at a competitive price.

I’d happily recommend Kirpa and his family team to anyone looking for flooring or carpets. Their service, finish and attention to detail are excellent.

I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Rosewood Group Ltd. They completed my living room flooring, downstairs passage, stairs carpet, landing flooring, and upstairs passage all in one go and the results are absolutely fantastic.

What really stood out to me was their efficiency and professionalism. They arrived promptly at 8:30am and had everything finished by 12:30pm, which is incredibly impressive considering the amount of work involved. Despite working at such a great pace, the quality of the finish was not compromised at all everything looks neat, precise, and beautifully done.

The team were polite, hardworking, and clearly experienced. They took great care in their work and left everything clean and tidy afterwards, which I really appreciated and

If you’re looking for reliable, skilled flooring professionals who deliver top quality results in a timely manner, I would highly recommend Rosewood Group Ltd. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

I recently had new carpet installed in my home, and I’m really pleased with the result. The quality of the carpet feels excellent—soft, durable, and it has completely transformed the look and comfort of the space. The installation was carried out professionally, with great attention to detail, especially around edges and corners. The Rosewood Team are a great group to work with. The team made moving into our first home a smooth experience.

I’ve used Rosewood a number of times, at numerous properties and all work carried out without issue. The latest work I asked them to commission was for an entire house, LVT downstairs including floor levelling, and carpet upstairs including stairs, all work was carried out without issue, the finishing was to a very high level, done on time and we’re overly happy with the work. I have complete faith in calling them back for future work. Thank you again Kirpa and team!

Thank you to the team at Rosewood for your professionalism and dedication to providing the best customer service while fitting our stunning herringbone flooring. Your attention to detail and expertise is unmatched! Our flooring was fitted with precision and meticulousness - we are extremely grateful, very pleased and will be recommending to all!

Shocked to see the other good reviews here, we had a terrible experience with Rosewood Group when they installed new LVT flooring in April 2023.

The work was done so poorly that we're now - 6 months later - getting the entire floor replaced by a different installer.

The screed was not done properly, the floor was not glued down correctly. Planks started lifting almost immediately afterwards and the problem only got worse as time went on.

At the borders (the ones that weren't covered afterwards by skirting boards) the planks were cut so roughly, large uneven gaps were visible everywhere.

When I pointed out these problems I was repeatedly fobbed off and told they were normal.
