I entered showroom, eventually chap working on computer looked up and asked "are you all right?" I'm well thankyou! I then had to say what I was looking for.
"We have 2, but they are downstairs- turn to your right"
Downstairs was a rabbit warren of room layouts! I think I did find one but lost the will to hunt so walked out the downstairs door! No offer of assistance or direction was offered- I'll not be back.

We went into this well established business to discuss refurbishment of one bathroom. By the time we had finished discussions we had added our en-suite to our wish list. We then changed our bedroom flooring. And finally we refurbished our downstairs WC.
So we bought 3 toilets, sinks, all fixture and fittings, some of our tiles, bedroom flooring - changed our double glazing windows in bathroom and en-suite. So - for us it was a huge project. Isaac was amazing, guiding us through every step of the way. He has extensive knowledge and a keen eye to detail. The tilers Victor Paris recommend/used were excellent also. One small hiccup re bedroom flooring (but that’s a different story). Aside from that, a perfect job and well worth the 5 stars I’ve given.

Phil in the showroom was more than excellent in his help and friendliness. He recommended an exceptionally good installer and the products installed where extremely good and this gave us a wonderful bathroom.

No idea what we wanted but Alanna talked us through and gently suggested and advised without putting any pressure on. Great quality bathroom at a fair price and the bathroom fitter, Andrew Ptolomy did a fantastic job.

We recently refurbished our ensuite and purchased all furniture products, tiles, sanitaryware, ceiling panels etc from Craig at Dundee store. Craig's expert advice and product knowledge was excellent and most helpful. During refurbishment we had to purchase additional items and Craig and Ross were most accommodating in assisting us. Would 100% recommend anyone to use Victor Paris Dundee.

I’m in the middle of a bathroom renovation and was badly let down by my supplier with shoddy products ie 3 faulty shower trays in desperation I phoned numerous suppliers without much help until Phil from the Edinburgh store was my knight in shining armour , he helped me source a new tray which I basically needed the same day what a hero I can’t thank him enough for all his patience and help and wish I’d know sooner about this company as I probably would have purchased all my bathroom products from here , very helpful and a credit too your store thanks again Phil

I purchased most of my bathroom including tiles from Victor Paris. They were extremely helpful in helping me making decisions and showing how it would look in my small bathroom. They stored the goods until needed too. The aftercare was their letdown, not answering email, (shop ended up sorting a new toilet as it was leaking) aftercare just dismissed and won’t correspond regarding the extra stress and cost to a manufacturing defect. I had extra cost due to getting different plumbers to diagnose where leak was, all I wished for was for them to go to manufacturers of the expensive toilet.

We were improvident enough to accept at face value a couple of recommendations of companies to build a shower in a bathroom with irregular walls and awkward angles. These proved wholly inadequate and very expensive, so it was with some trepidation that we approached Victor Paris. However the company installed at a wholly reasonable price an excellent bespoke cabinet of high quality and perfect design. I would thoroughly recommend them.
