Great deal on a refurbished PC
Purchased a refurbished PC from Rootrefurb, and am very happy with it. Of all the deals I'd been trawling through, theirs was imo, the best value for money. Always a bit of a gamble when purchasing from a company you know very little about, but I needn't have worried. The PC was delivered (and well packaged) within a couple of days despite it being a bank holiday weekend. There was one part of the spec that didn't match the order details, but upon notifying Root of this, they immediately accepted they'd made an error and offered me the choice of returning the PC to have the part replaced, or to be refunded the difference. They also offered me a discount on a future order. Big companies can learn a lot from this kind of customer service - no haggling, no denying responsibility, just an instant, satisfactory choice of how I wanted to proceed. Another plus point for them is they are quick to respond to questions/queries - and most importantly you are dealing with a human and not some hopeless AI chatbot that the big companies love to force you to use with no other option. If you're thinking of buying something from Rootrefurb but weren't sure, I hope this review has answered some of you questions.

PC ordered just before bank holiday and received well packaged just after bank holiday, excellent service.
PC connected to smart hub and synced to old windows 10 PC and within 30minutes was up and running with all important files downloaded.
