Ordered a PC and still no PC or refund
Ordered a PC. Payment went through, received a confirmation and advised 1-2 working days delivery.
Not received so chased. Told payment didn't go through, even though its clearly on my statement. Advised no longer in stock and a refund provided. Still no refund. Very poor service and communication.

Awful company
Awful company. My refurbed laptop failed after three month regarding the battery. They stated the battery is only guaranteed for 30 days!! Who would buy a laptop that lasted 30 days!! Refused refund and wanted me to pay them for it to be fixed!!. Warranty advert on the webpage show 1 year warranty which is mis-advertising so beware before purchasing. Consumer rights act 2015 covers you for six months so the 30 days warranty is irrelevant. Reported to trading standards this afternoon re mis-leading advertising and not adhering to the consumers rights act. Will go back to using Dell direct, they would never treat there customers this way. First and last time I use them. Keep away from Stone Refurb

This is my second PC from Stone. You can trust Stone 100% with your refurbished PC. The site is amazingly easy to use, and I like that you can upgrade parts to the refurbished PC and prices are exceptionally good I doubt you can find a better company.
The company will keep you informed with progress and when they have packed and handed over to delivered to your door. It is that easy.
Highly recommended for anyone who is new to computers or wanting a refurbish knowing that when you turn on the pc will work.

Exemplary service from start to finish
Honestly pleased and impressed. I found a very competitively priced iPad Air 4th gen on their site at the weekend, bought it and followed up with an email asking if shipping could expedited and received it on Tuesday morning. A minor hiccup was that the wrong charger cable had been supplied but, having informed them of this on Wednesday, the correct cable was delivered first thing Friday. Outstandingly pleased.
The iPad looks as good as new and, on delving into the settings to optimise its performance I’ve discovered that almost all optimisation and performance tweaks have already been applied - so no bloat. A battery check shows the battery health at just below 85% which I think is within tolerance for a refurb.
More than happy with the selection, ordering, delivery and customer support, I wholeheartedly recommend Stone Refurb.

Highly Recommend This Company
I bought a refurbished Dell lap top a year ago for a very good price. Unfortunately, the headphone port was faulty so Stone Refurb arranged its return.
The problem wasn't able to be fixed so they sent me another refurbished, but better spec machine.
After 11 months of constant, daily use, the charging port stopped working, and with only 6 days before the warranty ran out, I contacted them. They again arranged pick up, and quickly fixed the issue and returned it.
Very polite and helpful throughout the process.

Beware! Basically no useful warranty on the battery!

Not accepted. The company is not learning from its customers' negative feedback. The battery went from 82% to less than a third in 2 months? Hardly.
UPDATE: Notwithstanding Stone's response, most of their poor reviews relate to laptop batteries! A 30 minute warranty isn't a warranty at all? For prospective purchasers checking reviews please note!
I bought a Grade A Dell laptop on 18th November at a cost of £360. It has not had much use, it's only for home use. These past few days the battery has run down from 95% charge to next to nothing within an hour. So nobody checked the battery for a Grade A refurb? I registered a Support request and received a quick call back. However, the warranty apparently only covers the battery if it runs down to less than half an hour within 30 days! So beware!

At the time of dispatch, the laptop was supplied with a tested and passed battery, showing 82% battery health, which is within acceptable parameters for a refurbished, pre-owned device. As with all refurbished laptops, batteries are not new, and this is clearly outlined on our website prior to purchase.
As stated on our Warranty and Battery Terms, batteries are covered for 30 days and are only considered faulty if they provide less than 30 minutes of runtime under defined conditions. Based on both our testing results and the information you provided, the battery performance remains within the terms and conditions agreed to at checkout.
Grade A refers to the cosmetic condition of the device, not the age or condition of consumable components such as batteries. This distinction is explained on our website to ensure transparency before purchase.
We always encourage customers to review our warranty and battery terms before buying refurbished equipment so expectations are clear. We remain happy to offer advice on battery optimisation or assist with sourcing a replacement battery if required.
