Was a great experience with Fabrizio and all the drivers at Rome Transfers. The drivers were always on time and courteous helping with luggage etc. Fabrizio kept in touch during each scheduled pickup in the event of changes. All was excellent.

The driver guide was very good and very helpful. We were 6 people on a one day visit to Rome from a cruise and Sebastiano the driver-guide did an excellent job. Very sympathetic and joyful. The mini van was very confortable and clean. This was a very good choice. I highly recommend.

We had a superb experience with this company! Fabrizio was incredibly attentive and arranged all our transfers smoothly and without hassle. Our driver for the day, Aldo, was quiet but very professional - even stepping out of the car to find us when we got lost. After docking at Civitavecchia Cruise Port, Aldo was waiting right as we disembarked, holding a sign and ready with an immaculate vehicle. He ensured both the drive into Rome and the return were perfectly on time and exactly as we requested. Payment was easy, with the option of card or cash after each transfer. Truly excellent service. I have zero complaints!

Communications were clear from the very start until the day of travel. Our driver and his vehicle were identified in advance and he greeted us as we disembarked the cruise terminal. An absolutely seamless process and very affordable.

The car service was excellent. When we debarked the ship at Civitavecchia we were greeted by a driver holding up our name. Helped with the luggage and we were on our way in 10 minutes. Drive to the Rome airport (FCO) was quick and uneventful. The driver had already figured out which drop point to use based on our flights. We would definitely use this service again.

Nice comfortable car for our journey from port to airport. Friendly driver, who was unfortunately delayed getting into the port, receiving pass etc, but phoned to say delayed. Good cost.

We used this service for a ride from Civitavecchia cruise port to Rome and then on a second trip from Rome to FCO to transfer our family of 7 and lots of suitcases. We were picked up in a nice Mercedes van driven by Emiliano both times. Emiliano was great and the company was very helpful and accommodating when we made changes to the pickup times.
