Safe and pleasant experience
Booking was reliable and our driver, Emiliano, was great. He gave us recommendations for restaurants and excursions and was overall very pleasant and helpful. Managed six passengers and 12 bags with no trouble. Would book again.

Our driver didn't show up
Our driver didn't show up. Customer representative from airport called the number and name you sent. He said he didn't know you and was not supposed to pick anyone up. After 2 1/2-3 hours we got another driver which cost up more money

Highly recommended if you’re looking for transportation from the cruise port to the different tourist attractions in Rome. They pick us up outside the gangway on time . We hired 2 vans for 14 people.

He was smart and courteous as he made excellent progress to wards the airport allowing us to enjoy limousine comfort en route. Delighted with the service!

Very good experience overall
Very good experience overall, but in Civitavecchia the machine to pay of the driver did not work and it was a hassle. He had to take me out of the port to try to have it work.

Excellent service from start to finish. We booked them for a group of 12 of us for 3 different transfers and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The drivers were excellent, always arrived on time, and communication before each pick-up was great. Everything ran so smoothly and made travelling stress-free for our group. Would highly recommend them

Would book again
Our driver was very friendly and we enjoyed our drive from the cruise port of Civitavecchia to FCO. Due to heavy port traffic that morning, our driver was delayed getting to the cruise ship. In order to get to the airport in a timely manner, we decided to walk out the road to meet him in the line of traffic. It all worked out well in the end, but we were anxious until we finally found our driver.
