From my first contact, the visit of PT t measure up and his recommendations, to placing the order, being given an installation date less than two weeks, to arrival and installation on the date specified. All were performed on time and.efficiently. We are very pleased wit this company and would recommend this company without reservation.

After receiving a "runaround" from another roller door company I was pleased to find that this one were very prompt in their response and did everything they said they would in the time they promised. The door was delivered today and the driver was very efficient and obliging. I've yet to fit it, but everything looks to be very well made.

My experience of Rollerdoor uk is all good, both company and product. From the very helpful, knowledgeable young lady who explained the choices of doors, took my order, arranged delivery to suit holiday absence to the delivery guy were all very efficient. I chose to install myself and although l was confident regards the mechanical side l was a little worried regards controls/ programming. I shouldn't,t have been, a combination of watching the installation video and clear instructions made it a breeze. I found a number of nightmare reviews and reports of rip off prices from other suppliers on the web so it was a real breath of fresh air to deal with a very professional, competitive and straightforward company. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with the rollerdoor I have delivered. 10 days from order to delivery. Good quality and straightforward to fit. The link to fitting guide was great. It Would definitely recommend to friends.

From order to delivery 15 working days, what's not to like.
From the lady on the phone and Kevin the delivery driver a five star service.
Fitted the door no problem, however instructions with it would have been better rather than clicking the link to the website.
A first class product and opens at the touch of a remote.

Received the roller shutter garage door Monday morning first thing and was impressed with the delivery driver. Fitted it myself same day with no issues whatsoever. It worked perfectly first time and every time. I would recommend this product. The only critisism I have is I would like to have seen a larger bottom seal or brush as my floor slopes to one side and I can see daylight under one edge. Overall still 5 star.
