Excellent communication. Perfect customer service. Pre arranged appointment adhered to with great communication on times. Fitting was simple and easy (correct measurement do help). Quick installation and good hand over as to functionality. Door seal wrinkled and showing daylight under but after 24 of being closed as advised and not used it straightened itself all ok follow up call a sign of quality control of product and fitting. Have recommended to others.

Even when, on a bank holiday Sunday, I discovered that I had measured the opening incorrectly , I was able to contact Lewis via their chat facility and he suggested a work around. I collected the extra lathes this morning (Tues) and they were all wrapped up for me while I waited.

The doors were excellent quality. easy to self fit and operate simply. They are so slick and quiet.

I have no issues in 100% recommending Rollerdoors they were extremely helpful when I was measuring up and answered all my questions. The delivery was on time and very well packaged with everything I needed and the online video was a great tool to help when me when I need to clarify anything. This company absolutely has customer service at the heart of their business. Right from the very first call and contact it was not only the best price but also good quality, helpful service. As a builder I was always going to fit myself, Having put together my order online the first member of staff checked it and altered it as it was wrong. When we eventually brought the door (order 3480)it was delivered by one of their fitters who gave me some very useful tips. Thanks to all involved and I cannot recommend is company enough.

the service I recieved from Rollerdoors.net was first class rom begining to end. Advice prior to purchase and after sales was informative and freely given. even delivery was great, on time and the driver was personable and helpful. Very glad I bought from them.

Removed the old one and fitted the new one in about 3 hours. Left everything very clean and tidy and took the old one away at a reasonable price. The new door is of an excellent quality and is a great design it lets a lot more light into the garage and takes up less space.

Ordered an electric roller door to Scotland, was delivered quickly and was well packaged. Fitting was straightforward, I had a couple of questions during fitting and just picked up the phone and the questions were answered quickly.
