I did a great deal of research before I bought my new garage door and I am delighted with the product from Rollerdoor UK in terms of quality and cost. From my initial communication with Debbie and Helen to the delivery by Steve, everything went flawlessly.

The company carries out a lot of configuration for you so the installation was very straight forward.

Highly delighted with my new door and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company and product.

From initial enquiry to fitting (4 weeks), the whole process was seamless and professional.
The initial site survey was informative and clear and I was kept informed throughout the interim period.
The fitting was professional, the installation completed in about 3 hours and the site was left perfectly clean, with my old metal garage doors taken away.
The new door looks great, works great and I have no hesitation in recommending Rollerdoor UK to anyone.

Not a great experience, then and now!
This was a self installation, and looks good now completed, but getting there was problematic, and the finished article is not as good, or sturdy as it looks. Problems encountered with installation were the garage door curtain was about 25mm narrower than ordered, so fixing it to the brick sides was impossible. I had to resort to fixing it to the existing timber frame. Only found that out after drilling the wall! There was no instructions at all, the instructional video's not great either. The manual winder hole was miles out, and inadequate. The plastic plugs to fill the screw holes are poor quality, and too long. There was no cable grommet for the control box cable. The up and down limiters were not labelled as per the video. The fixing kit I ordered and paid for was not delivered. The best experience of the delivery was the driver, nice guy! Now it's all installed it looks nice, but....it's flimsy, whenever I get a Westerly wind the rattling of the door curtain is unbearable, it bends, and looks as though it's going to blow inwards any moment! I'm presently working on a form of upright reinforcing bar for the inside of the door, hopefully to strenghthen it! I now wish I'd bought a better, stronger make.

What a good company to deal with, first talking to Helen and Debbie in the office what polite and helpful young ladies making the first impression for the company very good.
Now for the fitters what a brilliant job they have done full marks guys it looks great.
Would not hesitate to recommend them at any time.

Very happy with my new Rollerdoor, removed the up and over door, followed the instructions as per videos and written sheet, door works a charm, this is the first roller door I have fitted, I'm a gas engineer by trade so not my specialist subject, even so I found it straight forward to fit, no more draught! Thanks Rollerdoor Uk very happy.

Very pleased with the door, swapped out with my old one and operational within 3 hours, very easy to install. Product looks good and has cut out the draughts and dust I had with the previous up and over door. I would say, if ordering one yourself then keep an eye on your junk folder as the emails letting me know the door was on its way all ended up in there and easy to miss ;-)

There are many companies offering this product of Garage roller doors and I saw this one advertise on eBay even though I was directed to purchase it out of eBay. I really wish that I had purchased it through The eBay app as I would’ve been fully covered communication with this company is very poor and to be quite honest it is quite a poor product compared to others that I have fitted. And the two young ladies who are there on the phone lines to give you advice Seem to get quite aggressive when you find a fault with the product. Oh well it is what it is it is working. It makes strange noises. It rubs on the housing that it came in one of the clips that holds the curtain on has broke which I informed one of the ladies on the phone lines but wasn’t interested in sending out another one, it’s a shame really but I suppose it’s my fault as I should’ve Purchased the product through eBay as I could’ve got my money back.

Driver went above and beyond covering up the doors that were left in a safe place.

The roller door worked well for 6 months, until we opened it as normal, when we tried to close it the problems then started. A crunching sound was heard, so I took the cover off and the clips that held the door roll shut had sprung open, then sections fell off. We contacted the company and explained the situation to a lady called Debbie , she was very unhelpful and informed us that the warranty did not cover the door, only the motor that controlled the roller. She said that we must have had something behind the door, when we said how could we have because the door opened normally. She then came back and said somebody must have tried to breaking and forced the door. She refused to acknowledge that door had malfunctioned.
She told me that she would ring me back, but that did not materialise. I definitely would not recommend this company to any body unless they want to buy a cheap and flimsy product. BEWARE their 2 year warranty is non existent. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have done. Customer service and follow up actions are really poor.

From visiting the showroom in Barton, to getting our new roller garage door installed was quick and easy. The price was under what I expected to pay and the quality of the door/fitting was excellent. I would definitely recommend Roller Door U.K.

Inadequate service, Waited 16 days for our door, then it turned up one day after we was told the day befour.

Door rails the curtain and box He dumped it on our drive way then left.
Didn’t leave the controls etc, was missing screws also to attach the door to the roller and motor. Self tapping screws. Had to buy some myself.

Got in touch with the delivery driver and he told us that our controller would be in the post because he didn’t have any at the unit, not telling us as he dropped it off, unbelievable really, Bearing in mind that we ordered the door three weeks ago. Would never use again. Would never recommend, paid £1000 quid aswell. Crap

I ordered the roller shutter door for my new outbuilding to fit it myself. It arrived within the stated time.
I installed it myself after watching the video online. I am a building design professional and am very pleased with the quality of the product. And this at a FRACTION of the cost of the rival household name company which I believe is the same product. I also had them visit to show me their samples.
Anyway, the kit was delivered by the company and nicely protected. Installation was easy and it looks very smart. I installed it behind my French doors for added security. The motor is very quiet. All the roller parts are metal construxtio.
I will be buying another when I do another garage.
I treated myself to the Somfy motor kit with remotes and am very happy.
The door was delivered to Kent.

Ordered product from Roller Door UK in February & took delivery well within their advised time frame.
On checking the dimensions of the door against my requirements I was impressed by the precision.
Fitted the door on my own ( I wouldn't recommend unless you're confident you can handle the weight)
& was amazed that the limits had been factory set so I've not had to make any adjustments. I strongly believe that most, if not all of the negative reviews, are as a result of incorrectly set limits.
In conclusion I would say that unless you can accurately take the required measurements & are reasonably competent at this sort of installation, leave it to the experts.
PS I've had to use my wife Pauline's Facebook account to post the review but although she gave me some help, she didn't fit it herself.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with and Debbie customer service was first class. Rollerdoor UK were recommended to me by my builder, they did not disappoint. Door fits and works perfectly and I would recommend this company to anyone. Well done guys for the service and quality door.
