Wow! The bike is absolutely incredible and gets many comments and compliments from those around us. The bike rides smooth and does pretty much anything you want to. Perfect for my wife, and I, as she rides behind me on our elongated seat. I must say I have never encountered Customer Service quite so amazing!

Great product and frankly outstanding customer service! Extremely fast turnaround time on any request and plent of how to videos to resolve any change or modifications to their products. Defintiely seeting the standard!

Everything from the purchasing experience down to the shipment, customer service, assembly and riding experience, everything about Roll-Road and the Emma 3.0 has been amazing. Customer support reached out via text moments after purchase after noticing I purchased duplicate items. They fixed the issue and had the bike shipped to me within a few days. The minor assembly required was easy - all the tools and parts are included with the shipment and instruction videos are available online. I can’t say enough good things about this company and about the Emma 3.0. I’m a big guy (350lbs) and me and my 9yo grandson cruise around without any issues. Thanks Roll-Road!

What a fun ebike - definitely living up to all I've read & seen online. Very intuitive controls & great battery range! Very flexible speed setup depending on where I want to ride - road, off-road, wherever. (As weather warms I plan to commute on roads every chance I get.)

A representative followed up with me upon delivery and was available for questions- I understand this is regular practice. I appreciated messaging back and forth - very good customer service. Questions answered quickly by a real person. Loving my Emma 3.0!

Amazing customer service I had a throttle that wasn't working and received an answer to my text messages with in minutes of sending it. Chloe helped me diagnosis the problem and immediately sent out a replacement. Chloe let me know when it was being sent out and the day I received it she texted me to make sure it fixed the problem. Chloe answered all text messages no matter the time of day. The bike is amazing the ride is so smooth the suspension is awesome. The battery life is outstanding.

Above and beyond customer service from Roll Road. The support is outstanding over text or email from my experience. The Emma 3.0 is very good, and aside from trying to figure out how to install the passenger footpegs, putting it together was straightforward. This has been an excellent experience from our first ebike and we will heavily consider Roll Road models in future purchases.

I did a lot of research on a lot of these style of bikes and kept coming back to the Emma 3.
Comfort (I am 71), the distance factor and the power were all factors important to me.
I travel mostly country roads, gravel roads, fire lanes and logging trails. This bike definitely fits the bill.
This style of bike is heavy but the Emma3 is very well balanced and easy to handle for the weight.
Looking forward to an exciting summer of exploring the trails this summer.
Also, as a side note the company is super responsive!

I absolutely LOVE my Roll Road Emma 3.0. Had it now for over a month and have used it every single day. I got the extra battery and have soooo much range. I do all my daily commuting on it. Bike is good quality and there was a small issue when it arrived that the company fixed immediately. Customer service was INSTANT and efficient. Brilliant. Highly recommend. We'll be getting one for my husband later in the year.

Amazing bike the best bike to ever to be made love riding it with one single battery. It gives a range of 120 has to be the best battery ever and gives a top speed of 55. I can travel around all day without even having to worry about charging it. I love this bike so much and I wish I could get a second battery so then I can ride longer Roll road reply so quick this bike is such a good bike for its price? You should all buy one thank you Emma 3.0 Roll road!

I was unsure making a purchase this size without getting to physically ride/see the bike first. But as soon as I began to unpackage, could see it's a serious electric bike.

The bike is a smooth feel and you can tell there's plenty of power backing it up.
One of the first tests I took it on was how it handled steeper hills, and it did that with ease.

Not a bitey feel on the acceleration if that is your preference, think more smooth and effortless riding.

On construction, heads up, they've been generous with some of the nuts/bolts etc. So do your due diligence, but expect to finish with some spares, as you may worry you forgot something (at least I did).

Would be nice to have a written out instruction manual on how to construct the bike correctly. But at the end of the day, the video works and I would have referred to it anyway. Just like to have something written to confirm at times. In any case, customer service was very accessible throughout the process. So they were able to answer any questions I had.

A favourite feature for me is the cruise control, so I don't have to twist the acceleration all the time.

All in all, a great bike that I'm loving. Glad I made the purchase.

I am always leery about purchasing something overseas, and this was no exception. But with constant feedback at most hours of the day, I felt reassured that I could go through with it. Yes, I wish it was local, and I could have test-ridden the bike, but that wasn't going to happen. Upon receiving both bikes, I was impressed with the quality of the frame. Very good welds. I have had some air in the brake lines and wish they had a derailleur system. I am a casual rider and I didn't buy it for long trips so I would have preferred the cadence over the torque sensor. But all in all, so far so good.

Recently purchased Lady Emma 3.0. I live in a senior very large golf cart community with thousands of miles of scenic cart paths (The Villages, FL). As opposed to a golf cart, I chose Emma to scoot around, more as an E-Moped than a bike! I can go forever without a charge, so love that aspect. The trunk is GREAT as I can keep my lock, a lunch box cooler for cold drinks, ice, etc, helmet, and of course Emma's raincoat, even though not necessary, just in case I get caught out in a popup storm. Lisa at Roll Road has been great to work with and no issues whatsoever with the bike....love it! Will try to start referring more business to them from my area so I guess that sums it up!!

Loving the Roll-Road Emma 3.0!! I received a text from Lisa minutes after my order was placed telling me that the bike was already shipping!! Very personal and fun. The bike arrived (in Oklahoma) a few days later in perfect condition. The quality of the bike and it’s components was immediately evident. After some quick assembly it was ready to go! It is a blast to ride and again the quality is just really impressive. My commute to work in my car is a bit over 20 minutes. On the bike (which is way more fun) it took a little less than 30 minutes! Amazing! The range is marvelous. I highly recommend!

I’ve owned a few electric bikes in my day, but this is top-notch one of the best bikes I’ve owned so far great customer service great item great and fast shipping no damage and it’s a fun bite to ride just the right size and I’m a pretty big guy lol so if you’re looking for a bike that could go the mile I would order this bike. It’s got two batteries. It’s got the four piston brakes. It’s got Everything you could want in a bike two thumbs up and 10 stars!

Old man loves the bike
I am 71 years old. I never thought I’d be dirtbike riding again wow was I wrong? Emma 3 is so stable and easy to ride for me. It’s a dream I bought another e-Bike about a month ago before I bought Emma and had to sell other bike because it was unsafe and too rough. I feel like a kid again. I also can get great exercise with Emma 3. Emma 3 is so easy for me to get on and off. That’s another reason I had to sell my other bike. I highly recommend this bike for senior citizens and anyone else who wants a stable great bike I’m not a big heavy guy,It’s perfect for lighter riders also. Remember about the price you get what you pay for that’s worth every penny. Thanks for making a great Bike.
