Rocket Industrial Anmeldelser

I placed an order a month ago and have sent emails to get an Update and only got an automated reply and no update. We have been charged and still don’t have the product. No email with order numbers or details.

I have communicated enough with you people over your failure to deliver as well as the flippant and oh well stuff happens attitude of the CRS. The package was supposed to be delivered last Thursday. Finally shows up four days late with two of the days having the package held hostage 20 minutes away from its designation. Completely unacceptable and ridiculous. Despite numerous emails between your company and myself CSR makes no attempt to speed up the process or put a fire under UPS and clearly would rather lose the sale all together than to try to get the package here. All those details as well as a screenshot of delivery promise has and had been provided to the CRS that I've been speaking with. Not only has UPS been inept in its handling of the delivery but the CRS could really care less and only offers lip service.

Great Communication! I like the proactive nature of Wesley, it is refreshing to have that type of interaction.

The order was filled and delivered quickly. The product is expected.

Thank you for your service. I would just note that with my order, it would have been good to emphasize that a bottle sprayer is not included.

Best regards

great products and outstanding customer service

Good fast service and nothing wrong with shipping or product. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the size of bag and usable bag differs from bag to bag and what we really needed covered in the description was usable space along with outer dimensions in the case of a vacuum bag that includes a zipper reclosable edge. That edge ate up much more of the useable space than I could tell by the photos and there were no dimensional drawings. So my thinking that an 8 by 10 bag would work was wrong because those dimensions come no where close to describing the usable inner dimensions. I have 500 bags I cannot use. (frowny face here)

I’ve been trying to figure out a replacement for Uline and this is great. They ship FAST and the price is good too. Thanks!

Great job!!!

10 times better than the wrap we were using that we bought from another distributor. Fast delivery too!

Exactly as I ordered, no hassles. Good delivery time.

The order delivered to St. Irene Church in Warrenville arrived very quickly and with no issues -- excellent service.

However, the order delivered to St. Mark Church in Wheaton took 5 additional days (including a weekend) to arrive -- unclear why there was such a delay. The orders were placed within 15 minutes of each other, the delivery destinations are only a few miles apart!

But overall, very satisfied with Rocket Industrial.

There was nothing difficult finding and ordering from your website and tracking delivery was easy.

Never did receive my order. Have not received any communication, except of course a request for a review. Definitely won't be a customer in the future.

The boxes are great quality but the deliver service is very slow, still have not received my order and I ordered it 8 days ago,

Great company to work with, awesome customer support. I had a question about shipping and they were very quick to respond. Rocket Industrial shipped out the order right away so we didn't run out of cleaning supplies for our martial arts school for the COVID requirements! We are planning on ordering from them again!

I have never been disappointed with my purchase from your company. Great product, quick delivery and nice people. Thanks.

Ordered placed on 5/14
