Rocket Industrial Anmeldelser

Second two cases were incorrect size, ordered 7x12 recieved 7x11

Placed an order with Rocket Industrial on 10/21 and received it by UPS on 10/26. I’m happy with the service. Warning : the account page still says order processing, so I don’t think they keep that updated. But will definitely buy from them again.

Thanks ,

Jason

This company rocks! We’ve been searching for industrial sanitizer wipes for our medium sized business. They came perfect as-expected. Will be doing more business in the future!

fast delivery, quality stuff.

Great service, fast response and quick shipping. Our sales contact was Josh Struck and he was great. Provided all the information including answering some measurement questions to help us know that this unit would work for us.
We appreciate it!

Everyone was helpful and friendly! We received our boxes on time for an important mailing.

Super service, warp speed shipping and the best price I could find! Give them a try, you won't regret it.

I have not received my order yet, but Rocket Industrial's website says the order is complete. Upon further research, I discovered that the order HAD shipped, then somewhere along the way it was damaged and returned to the company. According to tracking it was "delivered" but back to the original warehouse it had been sent from, not to me. I reached out to customer service today and told them everything I was able to gather had happened, and they said they would ship out a replacement order tomorrow. If I had not received the expedient response and the promise to make it right, this would be a 1 star review. As it is, the only reason they were able to make it right is because I wondered where my item was, did my own research and reached out to them. They really should do a better job of making sure that their customers are actually receiving the products they are purchasing. For example, if a damaged product comes back to your warehouse and was never actually delivered to the customer, it would make sense to follow that up, notify the customer immediately of the problem, and make it right without the customer having to do the legwork or even wonder where their item is.

The order was completed, shipped, and received timely. The price was WAY more affordable than eBay. I urgently needed this because my husband is essential personnel and guys on his job were contracting COVID. He’ll be using it to spray and clean weapons, common areas, and his office. Will be reordering!! Thank you so much for stocking and selling this cheaper than eBay!!!

Another excellent transaction. Rocket has the items I need at very affordable prices. They package well and ship quickly.

Excellent customer service!! Great company

These boxes are perfect! Thank you!

Boxes were sturdy but some came damaged, probably from rough shipping. Also shipping took a week longer than projected. Over all not bad, will buy again.

Prompt shipment as advertised. Highly Recommend!!
