We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Rocket Hospitality for Oktoberfest! They helped us secure an amazing table in one of the tents, and the entire process from start to finish was seamless.

The team was incredibly easy to work with, communication was excellent, and they were always quick to answer any questions I had leading up to the event.

Our host on the day was exceptional. She made sure we knew exactly what the plan was, stayed with us throughout the entire experience, and helped us with everything from ordering food to keeping the drinks flowing. Her service truly went above and beyond and made the day that much more enjoyable.

I would highly recommend Rocket Hospitality and would absolutely use them again — whether for Oktoberfest or another high-end experience. They took care of every detail and made the entire experience easy, fun, and memorable. Five stars!

Great experience. Easy to deal with, reliable and quick to answer queries. Would use again.

Great trip to the Schottenhammel tent at the Oktoberfest where we had a great table close to the band. Tickets were handled by the hostess who met the group and looked after us for the afternoon/evening Great fun and well organised by Matt. I would definitely recommend Rockethospitality for your hospitality needs!

A++. Amazing table - great experience.

So pleased that we found out about Rocket Hospitality! After a few years of trying to get tickets for the Last Night of the Proms unsuccessfully, we decided to buy them via a VIP resource. Highly recommended to us, Matt made the process incredibly easy. All details were handled as promised regarding the transfer of the tickets. We had an incredible evening and checked a bucket list item off the list!

Booking with Rocket Hospitality was easy. Matt was really helpful. The experience was amazing and the girls had a fantastic evening at Ariana Grande. Highly recommend if you want a nice treat.

Rocket Hospitality (Matt) has been organising my Wimbledon tickets since 2020 and I have always had good seats. I no longer worry about location or availability when it is time to book. Matt answers any query by return email and I have complete confidence in his company. Great service. I have no hesitation in recommending his company.

Rocket Hospitality is the best. I have used them for multiple events and it's always a great experience. Matt Gibson and Rocket Hospitality made the process easy. I had lots of questions and was working from the US while Matt was in the UK. He answered my email inquiries promptly and precisely. He's a can-do guy and I plan to work with him in the future.

I cannot recommend Matt and his team enough. It was a lifetime dream for my Mum to attend Centre Court and that has now come true for her 80th birthday! The whole experience was wonderful and the seats were perfect as they were in the shade for this year's heatwave. Thank you so much Matt for all your professionalism and assistance to make the dream trip come true! I will definitely be back to book future bucket list events.

Not only were the tickets Rocket Hospitality got me were amazing, but the organisation of the whole day and communication about logistics for the event were excellent. My contact there is Matt Gibson who I would thoroughly recommend for any event like this.
