Liked the hotel, location, food, service in the hospitality suite.
Disliked the journey out due to little communication and no food / water. Not an ideal start to a trip when I was hosting, so felt like i was always on catch up.
Had yet another call from this company…
Had yet another call from this company today. The usual sales tactic, we've just had a cancellation, are we really still doing that. Anyway, the young lady put the phone down on me when I insisted we don't do events and please take me off their list. Very rude.

We could not have picked a more Stunning location, in a very glamorous hotel in the heart of Monaco.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Chloe and Charlotte you were a major part of our life experiences and we thank you both from the bottom of our hearts.
Hotel perfect. Train perfect. People amazing. Wonderful time had by all.

From start to finish everything was made so easy for us & the itinerary was perfect.
Two nights in the Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore & three nights on the Belmond Eastern & Oriental train to Malaysia with excursions, what an experience.
Our only complaint was that it wasn’t long enough but that just means we will need to revisit!
Very smooth trip to the Monte Carlo Masters
Very smooth from flight to pick up to check in. Beautiful hotel and gorgeous suite at the Hermitage right in the centre of Monte Carlo. The Gala dinner had fabulous entertainment. A tip for getting back is to walk to the nearest hotel, which for us turned out to be the Meridian, and the chap out the front at a desk will order you a taxi - we only waited 2 mins! At the dinner the food was excellent but the service at the venue was hap-hazard. At the Monte Carlo Masters the lunch was delicious but again the service was chaotic and we had to eat up as the next round of dinners came in as we were finishing. Supposedly the bar at the lunch venue was open for drinks before the match. However the bar staff, who were amenable, were busy with the next round of lunch, the got to us eventually. So hospitality guys at the tennis have a lot to work on but not something ICE could have a lot of control over. The hotel breakfasts were amazing, there were almost more staff than guests at the start of breakfasts, fabulous pool and lovely lobby area for drinks. Another great trip!
I was led to believe we were staying at…
I was led to believe we were staying at the Fairmont but when I tried to che k in I discovered I was booked out of town at Monte Carlo bay Hotel. When I finally got someone to respond from imperial I explained that we were at the Fairmont and further explained the set down reception where we had the car and baggage taken from us was some 200 metres walking distance from the Fairmont Hitel. Your host advised me that we would have to transfer.i further repeated the predicament we were in as not knowing by this time where our luggage would be and also where the car would be. I asked if they could not simply switch us to the Fairmont as the reception had said Imperisl did have rooms booked there but not in our name. I further explained that Fairmont did have rooms available. Your representative merely reiterated what we had already been told that we would have to retract our footsteps. After having to complain she finally arranged to retrieve out luggage and car.
The next morning I enquired as to transfer arrangements but was kindly told and I quote “ Guests are INVITED to make their own way down to The Fairmont. At this point I was extremely disappointed at how this had got off to a budget cutting arrangement.
When we arrived at the venue we were refused access as we did not have lanyards to hang around our necks. I had to painstakingly plead with the member of staff on the door that we had not been given any of these.
She initially refused access but after further persuasion reluctantly allowed us access.
The second day again there was no transfer arrangements and as we endured some rain the whole weekend was turning in to a unorganised farce. ourselves out to transfer to Monte Carlo Bay. From before we booked the event I explained we would not be taking the flights as we were already in Italy close to Monaco. On the day of departure from UK we were contacted by imperial staff as to our lateness at the Aircraft and I explained we were not using the flights at all as we were already there. The day of departure again we were contacted to see why we were not at the departure point for the Airport.as we were late. Again I explained.
My comments are that I find the lack of service provided and lack of organisation somewhat displeasing when one considers these points alongside the level of fees charged.
Grand Prix de Monaco Historic 2026
A fabulous event in glorious Monaco. Overall a well arranged event with a great hotel and on-going Imperial Events support/advice.
However, not all was great:
1. Minimal refreshments arranged at private hanger departure and flight. We had been travelling for 4 hours in the middle of the night to get to Stansted assuming their would be some subsistence available when we reached the airport. The private departure lounge although lovely offered drinks only. The plane offered crisps and chocolate only. We finally found somewhere to eat in Monaco at 4pm in the afternoon - This was very poor organisation
2. I requested further information from the Imperial Team in the hotel on 2 separate occasions and was advised "we will get back to you" - They never did - We just had to make do and sort things for ourselves - Not the definition of executive luxury service I expect to be honest.
Great staff
Great staff. Great service. Good value. Most important .. very good customer care .. they offer a really good variety of trips. I’ve been using them nearly 25 years ..
it would be silly to say they don’t make mistakes.. but if they do.. they do sort it very quickly…. 100% I recommend them all the time
Grand Prix of Monaco Historique
The events themselves are always great. The staff you provide are also consistently of high quality.
In the case of Monaco GP Historique we felt there could have been more information provided. For example, we should have been told there would be no food available at the Stanstead private lounge going out. Most of your customers were ready to purchase a breakfast on arrival.
The overall experience, however, was superb. Great accommodation, well organised transport, good food and a great event.
the Balcony viewing on the hair pin was…
the Balcony viewing on the hair pin was meant to be the iconic part of the trip along with the facilities that we had paid for as the pinnacle to our experience.
there was insufficient space to accommodate us and we felt uncomfortable being there so we left.
your representative tried to recover the situation and offered to meet up, which we declined, as we should never of been placed in that position.

Very good experience, well organised - the Hotel de Paris was fantastic one of the best I have visited - The food, staff and service at the 3 Michelin star restaurant Mirazur was fantastic well done !!

In general the trip was well organised
In general the trip was well organised, though we could not find any ICE events people at St Pancras on the outward journey.
The most disappointing thing was the lack of transport returning to the hotel after the rugby game. The hotel was miles away and everyone was left to fend for themselves when it would have been much better if a coach was organised for the return journey.
