I loved the box with a lot surpris

I found this beauty box amazing, it had so many products that I never tried.

Great products and value with great customer service

Always excited when opening new box, what products they are inside

Used to be great a few years back, but since then the price increased and the sizes of the products decreased. I am sorry but there is no way that 5 mini products (a few grams each) are over £130. Let’s be real, that’s the retail value of the full size products but certainly 7.5g is not a full size product. It’s a shame but I will cancel the subscription again, the only reason I signed up the second time this January was to test which boxes I ll get in 2024 and this is not the one. Unless you want small items for a higher price. It’s gonna go down just like BirchBox did. Increased prices, smaller items and a few years and they are at the bottom.

I reviewed the December box as 2 stars. Very mediocre content and nothing extra given it was the Christmas box . I was a Birchbox customer pre and their Christmas box was always extra special. I am considering cancelling my subscription if the content doesn’t improve

Really lovely products, useful and such a treat for me at a time where money is so so tight and make up / toiletries get put to the bottom of the list - I have horses!

The box just wasn't very good, the powdered body wash is rubbish does not create any foam at all, the 3 fingered mit does not exfoliate. If I wanted to sleep in ab eye mask I would buy one, I wear lash extensions so can't wear one anyway 3 unless items in one box you don't mind getting one item that you won't use but 3. If I get another box that bad I'm afraid I will have to cancel

The monthly pink box is always eagerly anticipated.
Always an interesting mixture of items at a brilliant price.
There will always be something that you are not keen on,.but you can pass those on to friends. Overall the box will always be well worth it.

I had a problem with a referral code being put in the wrong place which meant i did't get my reward. I emailed and Ben responded straight away and sorted the problem with kindness and efficiency! I am very happy with this service and love the products. I referred my Mum and she loves them too. I will continue to recommend.

Great Customer service, I had mistakenly put my old address and contacted customer service, they were very good and arranged a new order. As of now not received the product, I will update about the product once I use it.
