I get to try new products each month. I used to spend so much money each month on skincare but now most of the time the type of products I need for my skin, come at the beginning of the month.

the box was nicely packaged and the products were full sized. everything was as described, nothing broken and everything delivered on time.

Bought a suprise box which was supposed to have £100+ products but I would say the contents is worth £30 and I wouldn't even pay that for I received.

I emailed Rocca to see if a mistake had been made but not yet been resolved.

Each of the products they sent had harmful ingredients in them according to the Yuka app, and when I wrote into the customer service I had one of the most unhinged exchanges of my life with their customer service assistant. They were incredibly rude, I found it extremely distressing, and deeply patronising. I would never use this company again. Their customer service was the worst I’ve ever come across - genuinely left the experience feeling deeply shocked, they are arrogant and nasty. The Yuka app only flags harmful ingredients- loads of products rate highly, it doesn’t have to be all natural, Garnier and Bourjois both have numerous products that score as excellent.

Amazing box of skincare and brilliant value for money.
I received my items very promptly and I would definitely recommend using this company and will do again myself.

I contacted Roccabox as during Black Friday sales, my order got jammed at the payment stage and I was unsure if it had gone through.
I have only just put the order in yesterday, so obviously I haven't received it yet. However, I'd like to put in a review that the customer service was exemplary. I've not had such excellent communication and efficiency from any other organisation in recent years. Jeremy immediately emailsd me to let me know he had forwarded my query on to another staff member for resolution (which was great as how often are customers just left hanging in that situation? And during a busy time too.) I was then contacted by Kyra, who resolved the problem and made it really easy for me to find my order and basket again. I think behind the scenes they must be incredibly well organised and switched on, and customers are really important to them. I'm really impressed and would really recommend using the company, as it's clear they take care and are conscientious of the business and customers.

I would just like to say thanks to Roccabox customer service team. I had a slight issue with mystery boxes I ordered. I contacted them and I couldn’t fault their team that went out of their way to solve my problem. I will definitely shop with them again.

For the first time I purchase a limited edition box with so called high end products at a greatly reduced price the box arrived quickly but the products have a very pungent old smell like really old perfume and I cannot use them I emailed roccabox and they replied that they sold a massive amount of these boxes with not one single complaint which is a pretty useless response to be honest even though it was discounted it still cost me 50pounds total waste of money they are going in the bin I will never order anything again from roccabox

My experience dealing with Kyra in customer service was great. This is my first order and although I have yet to receive my items im sure they will be of good quality and price.

keep trying to cancel and still being charged . the cancellation was not easy and the products in the boxes are not always for me however have had some amazing boxes and would probably resubscribe in the future .

I'd been looking forward to this year's Limited Edition Boxes, so I was among the first to submit my order.

I received the Avant Box, which stated the value of the six products amounted to £409, so for once, I thought I'd double-check.

Imagine my surprise when I managed to source all six items for, wait for it, £89.38. Granted, I only paid £45.00, but the goods certainly do not amount to the stated £409.

I get so excited to receive my Roccabox each month.its always exciting to see what’s inside. The boxes are great value for money and I’m always more than happy with the contents. The subscriptions are such a good way of trying out new products you may not have otherwise purchased, the packaging is always lovely and the customer service is always there to help. I’m very satisfied 😊

I’ve been getting a monthly subscription for near enough a year now and I’ve loved every box! Getting to try new brands and expensive products I wouldn’t usually buy in store has been great! I look forward to receiving my pink box every month :)

I have been getting the monthly beauty boxes for over a year now. I find them to be excellent value and always a good mix of full sized products and some travel sized ones. It is a fantastic way to discover and try out new products without spending too much money.

I feel that for the cost of the box, it is still one of the best value monthly boxes out there. Let's face it, you can't buy much for £15 these days so to get a box with a mix of 5 products in it is a great deal. If there is the odd thing you don't like or won't use, pass it on to a friend!

***Update: Seems the issue has been resolved and was just a glitch. Ben quickly contacted me after this review was left and has assured me my mystery box should arrive soon. 4 stars for resolving the issue for me. Thank you Ben!

I placed an order on the 9th Oct. I did get the actual box which I liked but I haven't had the free mystery box as promised. I can see it's still waiting to be dispatched I sent an email on the 16th Oct and nobody has gotten back to me.
Had I just ordered the box alone I would have given them 5 stars. However I feel like I have been lied to and customer service is slow so it's just two stars from me.

Dear Roccabox,

I received my box today and i am beyond disappointed. I got as a gift for myself for my bday and was expecting i hit the jackpot with products worth 200-250£.
I said let me give it a go!
Please stop advertising that the box is worth that much money when what you sent me are miniatures and samples! The lip blush is 2 grams and the rest of the products are 10,20 grams. The only worth anything is the Exfoliating cream which has 50 ml and the nail polish.
The products you sent are like the testers they gave you when you purchase a big sum in an expensive shop.
I am very disappointed with the whole purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot upload photos here.
